I’m grateful for the coaches who didn’t just teach me how to play the game, but taught me about discipline, resilience, confidence, leadership, and what it means to be a teammate.

The impact of a great coach goes far beyond the field. I’m thankful for every coach who has invested their time, energy, and belief in me. I carry a piece of every lesson with me every time I step on the field.

From playing less than five minutes a game to earning a starting spot in her first ECNL game - this journey is a true testament to what hard work, dedication, and believing in yourself can accomplish.

To every coach and trainer who has poured their time into her development, pushed her, believed in her, and helped shape her into the player she is today - thank you. The countless hours of training have not gone unnoticed or forgotten. We’re incredibly grateful for every one of you who has been part of her journey. This is only the beginning.

👪 Parents, your sideline presence shapes more than the score—it shapes your child’s mindset.

Try these 3 moves to build their mental resilience:
1️⃣ Stay cool under pressure so they learn composure.
2️⃣ Celebrate effort and small wins to boost lasting confidence.
3️⃣ Turn “I can’t” into “I’m still learning” and watch growth happen. 🌱⚽️
