When Nonna and Nonno come into town it’s ALWAYS a good time! We did a double Disney day (thanks to Hunter’s new job at Disneyland) and the girls got to stay a night in the hotel on the resort (thanks to Hunter’s job again). It was an epic 48 hours for grandparents and kiddos…. even if I only got to join for 24 of those hours. Memories and pictures that will last a LIFETIME! by @sdfromthesd

Efficient workout so I don’t miss work or parenting. Sweaty, not too painful and strength focused.

A) 5x 10 alternating lunges growing in weight (use first set as a warmup for efficiency)

B) 4x bear complex ( of each with no pause: deadlifts + rows + hang cleans + front squats + push press + back squats)

C) 3x 10 bicep curls + 10 tricep extension + 10 incline bench by @sdfromthesd

The girls went down for a nap so I snuck in a silent workout in the living room. No clanking weights. No bouncing. Was it amazing? No. Did I change my life? No. But I did something. It goes down in the instagram diary as a win! 🏆 by @sdfromthesd

Life’s most wonderful challenge and difficult blessing = MOTHERHOOD. Happy Mothers Day to all who celebrate.
