After a beautiful fall mid-afternoon lunch at one of our FAVORITE places @sdoyster, we FINALLY got to try Cache speakeasy cocktail lounge above! Sat on the deck in the sunshine and enjoyed drinks from their creative drink menu! @cache.tx

Bringing Throwback Thursday back ✨

Taking it back to my brother and his fiancée’s engagement celebration, where I had the honor of planning and coordinating the entire evening. There’s just something so special about a winter celebration surrounded by the people you love most.

Wishing the happy couple a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Congratulations @davidlucas_ & @oliviagriffin_! 💍🍾

50 years of oysters, Gulf seafood, regulars, and stories. 🦪

@sdoyster opened on McKinney Avenue in 1976, when finding great fresh seafood in Dallas was a very different proposition. Five decades later, the restaurant is still serving many of the same dishes, with longtime staff members who have been there for decades.

And there’s a pretty good reason locals keep coming back: wild-caught seafood, scratch-made dishes, old-school hospitality, and a New Orleans-inspired atmosphere that hasn’t lost its charm.

S&D turns 50 this week, and they’re celebrating with 50¢ oysters and 50% off alcoholic beverages on Wednesday, Sept. 16, plus anniversary specials and a big celebration on Saturday, Sept. 19.

Steveoliverbilldowntownsobs Steve Sherpherd, Oliver Roberts, Bill McKnight - Oliver thanks everyone who have sent Birthday wishes today. You’re the best. The day is wonderful as we traveled to Uptown having a delicious Birthday Lunch (thanks Steve) with the Great S&D Oyster Company Staff. It was finished off with a tour of Cache by Beau Bellomy that we unfortunately missed the opening ceremony because of Oliver’s health issues!! A fun Birthday lunch and afternoon. And the SOBMOBILE enjoyed the prominent parking spot!! Now getting ready for a fun Birthday Dinner and evening.

National Oyster Day calls for lunch done right. 🦪 Pair a dozen fresh oysters at S&D Oyster Company with a chilled glass of our RIDE Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc for the perfect midday escape. Cheers to simple pairings that just work. 🍷
