One of the things I’ve learnt over the years is that no amount of experience, skill, awareness, or training exempts us from the need to keep learning and more importantly, unlearning.

That’s what @mariwalahealth’s QACP course offered me.

A chance to pause, question what I thought I knew, and hold up a mirror not just to society, but to myself.

And while the certificate is a lovely reminder of the journey, the real gift was the people. A room full of thoughtful, passionate practitioners who challenged, inspired, supported, and laughed together. The kind of people who begin as co-learners and somehow leave as community.

Grateful for the conversations, the reflections, the friendships, and the reminder that growth is a lifelong practice. ✨

For someone who lives and breathes dance, I am weirdly horrible at writing about how it makes me feel so I made a video out of videos expertly captured by @adithi_hande who saw deep into my soul and figured out what I wanted her to capture on this beautiful day. It's been a week and I've relived this every night and realised everything that The Shimmy Social was IS THE POINT - friends, fun and feeling the rain on your skin ❤️

A glimpse of what happened on November 5th at @blrcreativecircus when 40 facilitators, healers and space-holders gathered to explore what is in store for the future of wellness in Bangalore!

What unfolded was a beautiful sight to behold - diverse perspectives learning to co-exist together, people recognising each other’s journeys, learning from different paths, finding resonance, and imagining how we can move forward together.

A night of connection, music, food, and the feeling of “Yes, this is why we do this!”

draws from psychodynamic and existential therapy, pairing it with the feminist lens for an eclectic cocktail🍸

She is trauma-informed, kink-aware, and queer-affirmative, working with individuals of all ages. She firmly believes in the innate ability of a person to heal, unlearn unhealthy patterns, and build new behaviors that allow them to thrive.
