Happy National Dog Mom Day to all the amazing dog moms out there! 💐

The ones who share their beds, cancel plans for cuddle time, carry treats in every bag, and love their pups like family. From foster moms to furever moms, rescue wouldn’t be the same without you.

Today we celebrate YOU! ✨

Behind every dog who finds their furever home is a team of people working tirelessly to make it happen! 🐾

Every adopted dog represents hours of behind-the-scenes work, late nights, endless messages, coordinating fosters, reviewing applications, answering emails, planning events, and doing whatever it takes to give a dog a second chance.

These childhood photos are a little glimpse of some of the humans behind HIT Living, the team showing up every day to help dogs find the lives they deserve.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
Because rescue truly takes a village 💛

7/5/25 • Phish • Folsom Field • Boulder, CO (N3)

My 3⭕️⭕️th show! And a whirlwind of a day, in the best way possible.

We kicked things off in Denver, where Betsy and @cnespeca hosted a lovely shindig, complete with delicious food and some pool time. It’s not often I get to spend time with friends from tour outside of the venue (or line, lol), so this was a special treat. Big love to everyone who came and a special thank you to Betsy and Chris for opening up their home to us!

Next up was the @waterwheelphish foundation pre-show charity event, which took place at the Crawford Club atop Folsom Field, providing a bird’s eye view of the stadium and surrounding scenery 😍.

And then it was show time! Early entry (via a random number drawing) was included with the WW event tickets; we got super lucky and landed 2nd row in front of Trey. As is the case with all shows when I’m close to the stage, I didn’t take a ton of photos or videos. Shoutout to Tony for offering up his rail spot for the encore, from where I got to enjoy the Buffalo Bill silliness and a sublime Harry Hood. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.

Additional shoutout to @shaunkess and @studio.stardust_ for my amazing custom sunnies to commemorate my milestone show.

Oh! And IG-to-IRL ✅ with @nicoyoung_97, finally!

Set I: Buried Alive > 46 Days, Birds of a Feather, Sigma Oasis, David Bowie, Evolve, Blaze On, The Lizards, A Day in the Life

Set II: Wilson, Fuego -> My Friend, My Friend -> Fuego > Crosseyed and Painless > Everything’s Right, More, Slave to the Traffic Light

E: Buffalo Bill, Harry Hood

NOTES: MFMF did not include the “Myfe” ending. Trey quoted MFMF in the second Fuego. Fish wished RZA (who was in attendance) happy birthday in C&P which subsequently contained Happy Birthday and Fuego teases from Trey and a Three Blind Mice quote from Fish. After Trey’s Happy Birthday tease in Crosseyed, he said “Wu-Tang Forever.” Trey teased Norwegian Wood in Everything’s Right. Harry Hood contained “Buffalo Harry” quotes.

Setlist and notes from @phishdotnet.

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED 🚨

Love isn’t always sunshine and tail wags. Sometimes, it’s showing up through the hard stuff. This sweet girl has been through more than her fair share and needs someone who understands that healing takes time, patience, and heart.

She arrived at the shelter as a stray, limping and not bearing weight on her hind leg. X-rays show a luxating patella (kneecap dislocation) and early arthritis, likely requiring surgery. She’s currently on pain medication to keep her comfortable, but this isn’t a long-term solution.

She’s needs out of the shelter and to be seen by a vet. If you can foster a dog who needs a little extra TLC, please DM us, reach out to your HIT contact or fill out our foster app (link in bio).

Note: She needs to be an only-dog, or kept separate from other dogs in the beginning as she currently recovering from an upper respiratory infection.

4/18/25 • Phish • Climate Pledge Arena • Seattle, WA (N1)

Spring tour opener, and what a fire one it was! (I don’t say that about tour openers often, so you know I mean it!)

The BOTT went deeeeeeep and was the longest version of that song to date. The jams in the second frame were amazing and resulted in a 5 song set. And @chris.kuroda absolutely crushed it.

Also very noteworthy, according to @trey99rig, “@treyanastasio played the first full @phish show with his original @languedocguitars prototype ‘Who’s The Mar Mar?’ maple guitar for the first time since October 1996... this guitar was last seen on the @phish stage in Mexico February 2019 but only for a few songs.”

Started the day with a little sightseeing at Golden Gardens Park, followed by Pike Place Market.

Set I: Sand, Kill Devil Falls, Theme From the Bottom > Back on the Train, If I Could, Tube, Mull, Wolfman’s Brother

Set II: Blaze On -> Golden Age -> What’s Going Through Your Mind, I Always Wanted It This Way -> Ghost

ENCORE: Bug > Possum

Golden Age ended with a Split Open and Melt jam.

Our second Helping Paws Give Back Event was a huge success, supporting those affected by the LA fires 🙌🏼

Attendees were so grateful for a one-stop shop offering pet medical care, grooming, and essential supplies they hadn’t been able to access due to the fires.

This wouldn’t have been possible without @modernbeast and @altadenagirls. Huge thanks to @unboundbrews for the coffee, @barkbus for their grooming services, and @malibuvet, and her techs @mousetrap1010 and Ms. Nyssa for providing vaccines, microchips, and wellness exams to over 20 pets. 🩺🛁☕️

We’re so thankful to @wckitchen for sponsoring plant-based burgers by @vurgerguyz, who quickly pivoted after their truck was damaged and cooked right on site instead!

We had over 30 signups for spay/neuters, which we unfortunately had to postpone at the last minute, but are working with @lucypetfdn to reschedule!

As we’ve said since January, fire relief is a marathon, not a sprint. We’re committed to continuing these services for affected families and their pets for as long as there is a need. Our goal is to offer vaccines, microchipping, and supplies at the same time—but we need support to cover the associated costs.

Please consider making a donation to help us continue this important work for pets and families affected by the LA fires 🙏🙏🙏

Please feel free to send us a DM if you’ve been impacted directly by the LA fires and need assistance with your pet.

On March 1st, we held our Helping Paws Give Back event—a day dedicated to supporting fire victims from the Palisades and Eaton Fires and their beloved pets.

The devastation left many families with nothing. Some lost their homes entirely, while others had to prioritize the day-to-day chaos over their animals’ needs. Being able to step in and provide relief—whether through a fresh meal, a new dog bed, or a vet check—was deeply meaningful.

We provided doggy goods, treats, bowls, collars, and anything else they needed to care for their animals. @pawsatmain @david_mobile_dog_grooming offered complimentary grooming, giving doggos a much-needed fresh start. @malibuvet provided essential vet services, including vaccines, microchipping, flea/tick control, and wellness exams to ensure pets stayed healthy and giving owners peace of mind that their animals were seen by a vet.

Huge thanks to our generous donors:
@cleoandhooman for grooming soaps, @mywoof for tasty dog treats, @jaxandbones for the coziest dog beds, @petstaurantfoods @animalhopeandwellness & @smackpetfood for nutritious pet food, @perelelhealth for human supplements and essentials, @fatburger for serving up delicious @impossible_foods burgers for attendees, and @glamnetic for their sponsorship 🙏

A special thank you to @altadenagirls for helping organize and spread the word, and to @modernbeast for co-hosting and providing the perfect space for this event.

This day was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and compassion. Thank you to our partners, volunteers, and everyone who made this possible! Together, we truly made a difference. 💛

For those who missed this event, don’t worry—a second one is already in the works! Stay tuned for details. 🐾
