There is something incredibly powerful about watching the next generation step up to the platform.

Meet Brandon. He’s 13 years old and has been consistently personal training with Coach Sean Boyd. The dedication this young man shows day in and day out is unmatched—and the results speak for themselves. In just the last year, we've watched his squat clean PR grow by almost 100 lbs! 🤯💪

Brandon is proof of what happens when you commit to the work. Proud is an understatement!

Back Squat PR from June 6th @ 305lbs!
I’ve been chasing a back squat over 300lbs for a decade and finally achieving it felt amazing!!
Forever chasing that 2X my bodyweight back squat one PR at a time; don’t neglect the power of hard work, consistency, and living with intentional habits that lead you to a better version of yourself! 🙌🏼🙏🏼🏋🏻‍♂️❤️

This workout just hurt from start to finish! 🥵😓
I just finished my first successful bulk in years after working with a dietitian and outsider programmer so being the heaviest I’ve ever weighed didn’t make the bodyweight deadlifts any easier, but the amount of physical and emotional growth I’ve gained through this process has been life changing! I’m more comfortable in my own skin (even with a slight increase to my body fat percentage), I feel the best I’ve ever felt physically/emotionally, and I’m consistently making progress on my traditionally weaker lifts! 🙌🏼🙏🏼
My takeaway from this: be mindful of the power of your nutrition, recovery habits, and the support system around you! 🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏻🧠

Continuing on the road to a 3X body weight deadlift and then 500lbs as I continue to try and be fitter at 30 than I was at 20!! 💪🏻🔥
