3 years in the making & me and @shekinasounds Tree of Life EP is finally out to the world 🌲✨ This whole collection of work spawned at The Untz Festival 2023 when two friends were invited to stay at our Airbnb. Those two humans ended up being @shekinasounds and now my current manager @areen_kojikian When I first met Shekina I was completely in awe of her talent. Incredible improvisation, soulful lyrics, beautiful, soft and airy vocals and just a humble, authentic and kind person. I knew we had to work on some music together 💫 Very proud of this work. I feel like it’s some of my most unique music yet. dont think i forgot about my first @shambhala_mf 🦉✨ a whole seven lovely/insane/grounding/joyous days spent on their breathtaking farm soaking in sun & subs…even though time isn’t real there, it’s a giant mystical rabbit hole for anyone with wild dreams or silly fantasies to follow or get lost in…be careful tho, you might find yourself 🪞🪩🐇💖

Reminiscing pon Shambhala 2024 🌇 shared energy with a lot of artists I look up to. wrote an album when I got back & Just needed to share these memories and pay homage to this place and these connections 🙏 much love to all also going to share this mission statement for any ppl thinking of attending this festival.. i always try to think of a statement to fully encapsulate this experience so here it is

My 9th Shambhala was a true reminder that this festival is perceived around the world as another dimension. An immense escape from reality nestled in a corner of British Columbia. An experience truly impossible to fully convey with words, i attempt to try to Cultivate a statement that'll barely scratch the surface of this profound experience for newcomers is as follows: Shambhala Music Festival is a summer camp for adults where we can truly detach and embrace our inner child, give each other gifts with none of the stresses of modern life, bills, jobs and struggles weighing us down. You meet the purest forms of people that forge friendships that are so real.. Creating a space that encourages pure love, true connections, self expression and authenticity. Over the years of going I have become the authentic, expressive being I've strive to be after being consumed by my first Shambhala in 2013.. this festival and other music festivals are Evolution for mankind, the type of pure love and acceptance shakes the very infrastructure and foundation of the world as we know it. The aftermath of Shambhala was so catastrophicly hard for me to recover and reintegrate back into the world.. after the first couple but as the years went by the despair turned to inspiration and gratitude.

@shambhala_mf is the almighty gauntlet of music, connection & self expression. Adult summer camp where we give each other little trinkets, go on side quests and truly embrace the our inner child.. the divine beauty of this experience is truly unexplainable with words. Overflowing with inspiration and gratitude being with my friends from all over the world.. memories and moments that will live rent free in my brain forever, thank you all so much 💘 now its album time
