Bringing the Dubai Wedding Summit & Awards back after a 7-month pause was one of the most intense, rewarding challenges of this year.

Gathering our region's finest creators, venue directors, and event leaders in one room was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. The Middle East event ecosystem is resilient, fast-moving, and inspiring.

As we expand our footprint across the UAE, Egypt, Mauritius, and India, my focus remains clear: building the tech, platforms, and bridges that help these incredible businesses scale.

Immensely proud of my team, grateful to our brilliant speakers and partners, and huge congratulations to all our 2026 Award Winners! 🥂✨

On to the next chapter. 🚀

Lifting the roof off the @abudhabicf with our new encore.

An epic story of the Great Hunger, through music and dance into a tearful song before celebrating the Irish people who laid their roots around the world - from those who left Ireland behind in search of a better life.

Welcome back to Sean Gavin. The first of our band announcements, Sean will play guitar and sing a few tunes for you all.
#irishdancereborn

Born and raised in Salthill, Galway, Sean Gavin comes from one of Ireland’s most respected musical families. A nephew of the legendary Frankie Gavin of De Dannan, Sean grew up surrounded by music with every member of the Gavin family playing music. Music has always been a huge part of his life.

Sean first stepped into the spotlight as a lead role in ‘Oklahoma’ the musical in Galway, showcasing his natural stage presence. His musical journey later took him across the Atlantic, where he toured the United States—particularly throughout New York State—broadening his artistic reach and collaborating with musicians from diverse backgrounds. One of his standout moments includes performing alongside Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers in New York.

Now residing in Dubai for the past nine years, Sean has established himself as a key figure in the region’s entertainment industry. He is the founder of The Supernovas Events, one of the UAE’s leading wedding and events companies. His musical career has brought him to prestigious stages, including a performance for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed in January 2019.

Beyond music, Sean has proudly represented Galway in both Gaelic football and with Galway United, demonstrating his versatility as a high-level sportsman. He also serves as a director of a prominent publishing and distribution company in the UAE.

Blending his Irish musical heritage with international experience, Sean continues to bring energy, authenticity, and passion to the performances he delivers in both Ireland and in the UAE.

Amy & Sebastian 🎶 🌷

We had the best time with you both. From the first song to the last, your dance floor did not stop — and honestly, that’s the bit we live for.

The thing people don’t always realise is how much we love reading a room. We watch the crowd, we listen to what gets people going, and we play what *your* guests actually want to hear — not just a set list we roll out every week. If your nan wants a bit of Motown and your mates want the floor-fillers, we’ve got both covered. Every wedding is different, and so is every crowd.

Amy and Sebastian, thank you for letting us be part of your day and for trusting us to look after your people. Seeing everyone up dancing and singing their hearts out is exactly why we do this.

Wishing you a lifetime of the good stuff ❤️

The Corduffs 🤍

Mine and Sean’s first trip down to Co. Kerry together and safe to say it definitely won’t be our last! We had the best day celebrating Sinéad & Michael in the Kingdom 💛💚

The atmosphere from start to finish was incredible, the weather was amazing and it was such good fun playing to a home crowd with so many Mayo faces about!

The Europe Hotel is genuinely such a stunning venue and @sineadmonz & @michael.corduff.5 had everything styled so beautifully for their huge wedding celebration. We’re already talking about our next trip back down!

Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness and thank you so much for having us be a part of your day 🤍

P.S. Makeup by my beautiful bestie @clairereillymakeup ✨
