Working on the transitions, not just the shapes. 🤸‍♀️

Changing leg positions in a handstand looks simple… until you actually try to stay balanced through the movement. 😅

Some transitions feel controlled.
Others are a little shaky.

Moving the legs independently while keeping the shoulders active, the core engaged and finding the balance again after every change is a challenge on its own.
It doesn’t have to look perfect to be useful training.

Control. Adjust. Repeat. ✨

Not every attempt looks confident. 😅

Sometimes you know you can do something…
but your head still says: maybe not today. 😂

A little fear, a little help, another try — and then you go again.

That’s training too.

Not everything has to look smooth or perfect. Sometimes progress is simply trusting yourself a little more than the attempt before.

Try. Adjust. Get help when you need it. Try again. 🤸‍♀️✨
And yes… I still prefer not landing on my face. 😅
