life school looks like… identifying ubiquitous urban herbs. On this beautiful Spring day, Mama Ayanna spotted violet, dandelion, nettle, and clover leaves when strolling through the backyard with Bodhi and Aiko. As a lifelong student, Mama Ayanna has been familiarizing herself with the flora and fauna around her as a land steward, herbalist, and shamonic reiki practitioner. Knowing the names, properties, and uses of these plants that grow everywhere in Chicago has been a process that has been evolving over years of study and communion. The joy of learning and exploration is what life school is all about… for all ages, for life. #lifeschool

Great Awakenings! Join me tonite from 5-6pm @hajihealingsalon for a wonderful LIVE encounter with Cosmic Sound Healing. Each Chime and Planetary Tuning Fork corresponds to a Neter, a god or goddess. In Neterian tradition, each Neter is a Cosmic Force of Nature. The word Nature comes from Neter. Each Neter, tone, planet, constellation, chime, tuning fork chant, has a particular purpose or function. These sounds, chants, vibrations, frequencies have the power to eliminate pain, remove blocks, and make us feel great. Restoring natural balance and harmony: Maat. ⠀ We also work with Solfeggio Frequencies, tones that have been scientifically proven to bring about healing: eliminate pain, releasing fear and guilt, awakening intuition, healing relationships, even repair DNA. At KemeTones, there are correspondences between the SOULfeggio tones and the Neteru, the Cosmic Forces of Nature. ⠀ These tones can eliminate trauma, limiting beliefs, and open the way to attain abundance, well being, abd heightened awareness and consciousness. ⠀ The Harmonizing of the healing tones & chants with Celestial Events, Ancestral and Cosmic Forces is an experience you cannot have anywhere else on Earth. ⠀ Tonite, you can experience this LIVE @hajihealingsalon, brought to you by KemeTones, HeruScopes & the Light Being Wellness Center. ⠀ #hajihealing #hajihealingsalon #soundhealing #frequencyfriday #frequencyfridays #bronzeville #chicago #kemet #kemetic #shamanic #reiki #rasekhi #kemetones #heruscopes #lightbeing #lightbeingwellness #cosmic #chimes #chanting #tuningforks #celestial #frequency #vibration #singingbowls. ⠀ ⠀ Oneness

Great Awakenings. ⠀ #SiriusRising is one of my fav times of the year. #Sirius is my fav star, connected to goddess Aset, Isis. The Dogon. The Pyramids. Anpu, is the Opener of the ways, & represents the Great Dog Constellation. At this time of year, it is said that the Sun & Sirius Rise at the same time, and that this is why it is soooooo hot. ⠀ This is the Middle of Summer: also called Lughnasad. The time of Ripening of the Fruits of Our Intentions, before the Harvest in the Fall. ⠀ The Intention for the Circle: letting go of attachments to the past, attachment to the Outcome of Past Decisions. Things didn’t go as planned, and yet, these same things have brought us to this moment. Focus on What We Want to Create/Manifest, rather than regurgitating What Is, and is NOT what we want to create more of….easy to fall into this trap, trust me! Simple to break free, yet not always easy… ⠀ I have been trying to run from my past, act like the past was not bothering me. Acting like it didn’t matter. BAM. Wrong! Lol! Today, it dawned on me that the issue is not my past: it is my attachment to the outcome that didn’t manifest… soooooo looking forward to Ascending UP the Spiral instead of repeating the circular patterns, habits and triggers that kept me stuck in the past, unable to take pleasure in the present and unable to connect with vision of the future. ⠀ Join @sistershsmon and yours truly, Arit @tchiyaametwellness for another edition of the #SpiralDance #MedicineWheel @PromonotoryPoint. ⠀ Speaking of the Point, please take a moment to show your support for keeping the Point the way it is, with #LimestoneRocks & everything, the way it has been for decades. We don’t need any cement ramps at the Point: ⠀ You can experience KemeTones #Cosmic #SoundHealing for your personal wellness adventure, combining sound, astrology, #Kemetic #Spirituality & #DevotionalMusic, energy clearing ( Reiki & Ra Sekhi), #Chakra Alignment, wellness coaching ( diet, herbs, nutrition): just inbox me for more information about the #LightBeingWellness Center. Where Wellness is a #Vibration. ⠀ See you tomorrow gathering at 6:30am at the Point or 7 am LIVE tiktok & ig. Hotep #midsummer
