The best thing about this city is remembering I get to go back to Joburg. That’s a joke. Mostly. I had the loveliest weekend in Cape Town—first, joining @capetownstitchtoresist Heritage Textile’s workshop and finally learning a little tatreez, then seeing all of my beautiful adorable friends, and actually touching some grass. I spent all of August in complete tunnel vision with work and school and it didn’t hit me until I was on top of a cliff staring at the expanse of Atlantic Ocean that there is more to life than epistemology, invoices and YouTube metrics. I don’t know what that it is, but I’m sure it must exist!
