Watching you all dance together, in duos, or solos is inspiring. They each of you interpret each routine is so special and I love it 💜🤗. Enjoy your weekend!

I choreographed this routine in 2023 and performed it with my dancers at our first public Seduction Dance Showcase— Hotgirl Summer 😜. Reteaching it reminded how much work each woman put into her performance for that showcase. 💜

Seduction Heels is not just a class. It’s a whole shift in energy.

Step into your power with the phenomenal instructor Nketchi. These aren’t rushed one hour sessions. You get time to stretch, breathe, connect, and actually embody the art of movement.

This is confidence training in heels.
This is expression without apology.
This is learning how to own a room before you even speak.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to tap into that side of you, this is it.

Pull up. It’s more than worth it. @seductiondance #STFU&Dqnce #HeelsClass #MoveYourBody #FindYoSexy #HealthIsWealth

🎉💃🏾 Happy Birthday, Nkechi 💃🏾🎉

Nobody — and I mean nobody — gets down on the dance floor like Nkechi 💃🏾🔥
She dances with joy ✨, intention 🤍, and that kind of freedom 🕊️ that makes everybody around her loosen up and live a little more.

We’ve danced together 💃🏾, trained together 🏋🏾‍♀️, worked out together 💪🏾, and even shot movies with full-on stunt fights together 🎬💥. She’s a true community builder 🤎 — the kind of woman who pours confidence into other women ✨ and reminds them they’re powerful just as they are 👑.

Through her @seductiondance 101: Dancing in Heels classes 👠🔥, she’s helped women reclaim their bodies 💫, their presence 🌟, and their confidence 🖤.
Playful 😏, grounded 🌱, and genuinely one of the sweetest souls inside and out 🤍✨.

So grateful for her friendship 🫶🏾. Wishing you a birthday filled with joy 🎉, laughter 😂, and of course… a whole lotta dancing 💃🏾🕺🏾

📍 @EverydayPeopleLA
✨ Happens once a month in LA
🎤 Typically includes live performers
📍 Usually at The Beehive 🐝
🎟️ Tickets usually $20–$40
✨VIP to skip the line
🚗 Street parking (arrive early ⏰), $40 valet, or Uber 🚕

Culture 🎶. Community 🤎. Music 🎧. Movement 💃🏾.
Exactly her energy 🖤✨
