Yesterday our owner Rebekah had the opportunity to participate on a panel discussion at @totspotsocial on the topic of social media, media consumption, building a business while momming and so much more! 20+ moms in the room, endless insight shared, lots of laughs, collective wisdom and much-needed encouragement!

Community. Connection. Honesty. The desire for these things is something all moms have in common! The pursuit of building and contributing to something beyond our role as moms is something that connects us all, too.

St. Louis moms are always better together. 🩷

It’s Tasty Tuesday, and we’re saying hello to fall at Hello Juice! 🍂🧇 Because pumpkin season deserves more than just a latte.

This time, some of our STL Creator Community friends joined us around the table! We tried:

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Waffle
🍌 Banana Bread Smoothie Bowl
☕ Orange Coffee Caramel Smoothie

The banana bread bowl was AMAZING! And Katy said the waffle tasted so good she couldn’t believe it was gluten-free—literally the best gluten-free waffle she’s ever had. 🙌 That’s high praise from our gluten-free girl!

Coffee AND a smoothie in one? That’s my kind of multitasking. 😂

You can find Hello Juice in Kirkwood and The Grove, with grab-and-go options for those mornings when sitting down just isn’t happening.
