1/4 cup butter
1/2 bag frozen butternut squash ( approx 400 g)
2 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2: In a saucepan, melt butter and add the frozen butternut squash, add 1/2 cup chicken broth and cook on medium low until the squash is tender
