Thank you Kelly for the awesome testimonial!!
You always work hard and give it 💯

Not everyone is training to run a marathon or to become a bodybuilder or to become a top-level athlete. Some of us are in training just to be able to live the lives we were always meant to live. The picture on the right was taken 6 and 1/2 years ago, 4 months before I began training with Bryon. I weighed 185 lbs, and although neither one of us knew it at the time, I was facing the greatest health crisis of my life. Bryon was there through it all with encouragement, with advice, and with support. Through a complete overhaul of my lifestyle, I dropped 45 lbs in approximately 6 months and 60 lbs in total; I have kept it off for more than 5 years. It’s not about a diet, and it’s not about exercise alone. Bryon trains you how to rethink your body - what you do to it and how you fuel it. He is a coach and a mentor and one heck of a great trainer. The picture on the left, taken last summer at the top of little Devil’s Tower in South Dakota, would not have been possible without all I have learned from him. But it’s the life I was meant to live.

CABTC survived the Chaos Sisters’ & Team Lucys’ 1st AKC Scent Trial. Many ribbons were taken home, including a Novice Container Title for each of the girls. 😍😎

So they say that if a bird poops on you it’s good luck!

So I hope you all have a crappy Monday😂

Have you ever been pooped on by a bird?
