We tried to save a bee that was helplessly floating down the river, and I just so happened to see him in distress. He stayed on my finger for a while, and at first, I felt hopeful he would come back to fly away. I tried to blow on him to dry him, and I found a flower for him in hopes this would revive him. We're not sure if he ended up making it, but we said a prayer, and I kept him on the flower by a tree so novody would step on him. My 3 year old daughter and I experienced this together, and we thanked the bee for his hard work. I had just read a few stories from a beekeeper the night before, specifically about reviving Bees. I also worked with a hive 8 years ago and learned a lot through experiencing them in person and observing. I never wore any protection, I just learned to trust them. I am fascinated by honey bees and how they are such serving little creatures. I took this little bee today as a beautiful message from God. Reminding me of the beauty, the fragility, and the familiarity of life and death. How Bees serve their queen and everything goes smooth with the order and discipline. This is the truth of the hive. It is simply what works and what God designed.
We must live in a constant state of gratitude for what we have. Blessings are everywhere. If you're ever wondering where to go to find and know peace, truth, and wisdom, spend hours in nature and get lost in the creation that our creator has given to us.

But ask the beasts, and they will teach you; the birds of the heavens, and they will tell you; or the bushes of the earth, and they will teach you; and the fish of the sea will declare to you. Who among all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this? In his hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind.
Job 12:7-10

Even when sounds sit still, I can sense the resonance of the woods. I can hear it, see it, smell it, taste it, and touch it. What more do you need to be a believer in that? Witnessing magic before your eyes. An energy in the forest that lifts and swirls, effortless beauty you can not unsee, butterfly wings fluttering like piano keys. Every creature is a magical being with purpose and place. Makes me wonder; why have I ever strayed beyond this very path? Everything led me back here. To the woods. To the dirt. To this ruthless rooted earth. Every travesty. Every miracle. Every spark of excitement and wonder. The source is found here. The land, the sea, and the in between. It was here all along, waiting for me. I just had to find my way back. There truly was no other way for me to be a believer except for this path of natural magic. Simply put, God is easily found in nature. If you're having trouble in life, I encourage you to first diconnect from the world and connect to nature. The universe shows up when you take the time to pray and ask for help. It's all I want to embody and believe in for the rest of my existence. The faith I once heard of in others but could never find in me, was discovered through secret walks in the day and night, marveling at the countless sunsets and crying witnessing the magnificent sunrises, being in awe of all creatures and their habitats, swimming in water, and observing the sun light through the trees. Once we feel the spirit of the universe, there is no going back. Nature is a sacred place, my forested fellowship, my place for being, and praying. I speak and pray words into the last warm breeze and watch it drift and float away. It is when I am here that my voice feels heard. Like I can hear God in the stillness. I can let go of all the things that do not serve me, and I can let the new light in, and I feel unbelievably grateful for this.

Once we remember where our roots are, we remember this inherent joy. It belongs inside of me, and it belongs inside of you. We find it underneath us, to the very first layer we must go. To the uncovered soil.
