Thoughts are one of the most important subjects of holistic health.
•
•
•
Negative thoughts and unnecessary worry cause anxiety, depression and a decreased overall sense of well-being.
•
•
•
These thoughts cause our “fight or flight” reflexes to turn on releasing cortisol and adrenaline which in turn stress and age our body. This also weakens our immune system.
•
•
•
It’s important to recognize when we are having negative thoughts or feelings and to understand how important a role this plays in our overall health.
•
•
•
Be thankful, be grateful, don’t put others on a pedestal, don’t worry how far you have to go, just be thankful you have the opportunity to GO.

Confused on how to put your puzzle of health, wellness and fitness back together? We tend to think that our organs and different bodily systems are separate and individual of one another. This could not be farther from the truth. The human body is a miraculous and complicated network of systems all correlating with each other. Gut issues could be causing mood and brain issues, vitamin and mineral deficiencies could show up as skin disorders or joint pain. Weight gain can be caused by disease onset or hormone imbalance. Instead of treating the symptoms, let's correct the cause. With today's technology, like Genetic Profiling, Microbiome Analysis and lab work, we can get to the root of your health issues, decrease and even reverse disease to regain your happy , healthy body and mind!! My name is Justine and I specialize in using new science to find your best natural process to improve your health naturally. If you'd like to ask questions about mastering the puzzle of your body, comment below or visit my site listed in the bio. #selfoptimyze #healthy #healthandwellness
