👉NOT A POLITICAL STATEMENT👈
My post today is meant to stimulate HEALTHY discussion on how internal dialogue tends to be one of our worst enemies to both are psychological and physical health (per peer reviewed literature) but can also be a powerful ally. First you must simply become aware of it going on (like when you call yourself stupid, or idiot when a minor accident happens), then 🤞become aware of how often you do it, and then 🤞 learn to replace it with healthier self talk…. Or even replace that all together with ultimately simply being present (insert the thought of angels singing in your head at this point😂)
Look at replacing negative thoughts with being present or positive self talk as analogous to feeding your physical body nutritious pesticide free food… it is estimated that 80% of disease comes directly from high cortisol levels, themselves driven by anxious or negative thoughts… Consider feeding your brain organic toxic pesticide free thoughts … Dare you to keep a log for just six hours… Dare 🫵you🫵 to 🫶🏼

We the People have become aware enough that we are starting to end our slavery and escape being controlled and mastered.
May the journey towards fuller awareness continue. The human spirit of strength and love will ultimately prevail; but in the meantime there’s a lot of work to be done. #Consciousnessisrising #wethepeople #winning #moreofus #RESIST #AWAKEN #READ #LEARN #APPLY
