The Birthday Ride was a DREAM! I’m so overwhelmed at the energy and love we experienced last Saturday. We brought the energy and brightness to the studio during Nor’easter Weekend and I am so thankful for everyone who was able to come and celebrate myself and Naty! And - the reserved bike was the ultimate birthday surprise - my fave instructor Radichell rode with us! When you find your people that light you up and bring you joy, lean into them. I’m still on an energy high from last week. Find the joy in your life and weave it in!

Black History Month at SoulCycle was powerful.
The energy in that room?! Unmatched. 🔥

Grateful to have been invited as a guest vendor to share HPP Nigerian pound cake cookies and celebrate culture in such a beautiful space. Movement, community, and intention all in one place.

I love bringing high-protein, culturally inspired desserts into rooms that value impact and excellence.
Definitely need More of this. 🖤

Booking events + pop-ups ✨

New episode is up 💛

Amanda Hinds is one of the strongest women I know — emotionally, mentally, physically — and today she opened up about the real side of her weight-loss journey, confidence, becoming a SoulCycle instructor, and how she rebuilt her identity from the inside out.

We talked faith.
We talked self-worth.
We talked lifting heavy.
We talked the hard moments no one sees.

If you’re in a season of starting over, finding your strength, or trying to love the body you’re in… this one is for you 🤍

Episode 4 — Faith, Fitness & Finding Your Strength — is LIVE now on YouTube + Spotify + Apple.
