¿Qué te ayuda a encontrar paz? Cuéntame y comparte este recordatorio.

What we allow into our minds deserves care, too. 🌿

Between the news, comparisons, and notifications, sometimes we need to pause and ask: What do I need today?

A few pages of a book, movement, an honest conversation, or a moment of quiet can make room for calm.

I don’t feel the same every day. I’m learning to listen to myself and care for what I nurture within. 🤍

What helps you find peace? Tell me below and share this reminder.

Exercise strengthens my body. Prayer reminds me I don’t have to carry everything alone. 🤍

Both have become part of how I care for myself—making time to move, breathe, and reconnect with God.

What helps you feel stronger and more grounded? Share below. 🌿

My commitment starts with me. 💜💪

Some days I feel motivated; other days, showing up takes more effort. Every time, I’m making space to care for my body, clear my mind, and build confidence.

Alone or with company, I keep choosing myself.

What keeps you going? 👇

Your home can be a place to exhale. 🌿💗

A plant you nurture. Flowers you arrange with love. A quiet corner where you pause and pray. Small details can become meaningful moments of care.

For me, caring for my plants is a daily invitation to slow down, be present, and find peace. That same love inspires our work at Semillas Seeds Foundation: creating spaces where wellness and connection can grow.

What corner of your home brings you peace? Tell me below. 👇 Save this carousel and share it with someone who lovingly cares for their home.

🌿 My love for plants began with grief.

After David passed away, we received plants instead of funeral wreaths. Those gifts became the beginning of a daily practice that still brings me peace.

Caring for them helps me slow down, calm my nervous system, and find moments of mental and emotional rest. As I nurture them, I feel cared for, too.

They don’t erase the loss. They give me a quiet place to hold it—with love, tenderness, and room for life to keep growing. 💚
