I am constantly amazed that this individual has been by my side for 22 years, dedicating themselves to shaping and nurturing my soul, intellect, and physique. He became the first person to earn a black belt from me after a long span of 14 years. The delay in awarding it was not his fault; the responsibility lies with me. I desired to ensure that he possessed the ability to handle life's challenges and uphold his principles consistently, and he has not only accomplished that but exceeded expectations. As of yesterday, in regards to him, he is a fifth-degree black belt because he lives the martial way and has been like a son to me, as well as a little brother...I express my gratitude to you, Master Oza, for your dedication and contributions to the universe, your SDCS family, your country, and your loved ones. I hold you in high regard with both pride and affection, my guy... Let's go! 🚀👑🏆🚨⁣

Dear Warriors,

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who attended my “Respect The Blade” seminar. Your presence and openness allowed me to share my knowledge and perspectives with you, and for that, I am truly grateful.

I would like to give a special shout out to my senior uncle, Soke Haisan Kaliek, for gracing us with his presence, powerful words, and overall support. Your presence added immense value to the seminar, and I am honored to have had you there.

I also want to acknowledge my student, Kyoshi-Dev, for showing up and showing out today. Your personal expression of our principles was truly inspiring, and it’s a testament to your dedication and growth as a martial artist.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to my student, Oza, who traveled to honor me. Your commitment and support mean the world to me, and I am grateful for your presence.

To everyone who stepped on the floors today and allowed me to share with you, I want you to know that I take nothing for granted. Your presence, willingness to learn, and support are invaluable to me. I grant you all love, peace, health, and my deepest gratitude.

Building a warrior family amongst many disciplines, learning from each other, is a truly remarkable experience. Teaching is in my blood, and having individuals like you who genuinely experience and love what I do is a gift to me.

Once again, I want to express my sincere thanks to each and every one of you who attended the seminar. Your presence made it a memorable and impactful event. I hope to see you all again in June for series 2, where we can continue to grow together. Drops 🎤⁣
