Sitting here next to a jungle river steeped in the Pura Vida, I bow in gratitude to the 25 souls who showed up with full heart & will at 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.⁣
⁣
I can truly say that this retreat container, beyond the dozens I have co-led over the years, blew away my expectations more than any other.⁣
⁣
For many this was their first immersive social event since the world chaos intensified, and as such it organically evolved into a vulnerable & incredibly intimate relational field.⁣
⁣
When I sit in the position of host and guide I am primarily listening…⁣
⁣
To the individuals, to the group constellation, to my inner guidance, and to Nature.⁣
⁣
I am in service to the emergent group intelligence, and in some ways am just playing conductor to this energy more than “leading” the event in any overtly cognitive way. ⁣
⁣
This was my medicine at this event, the gift I created for this group that ended up teaching me the most (and humbling me).⁣
⁣
I am privileged to have participated in such beautiful transformations. Deep healing. Subtle confrontations. Social blossoming. Business visions being born. Alliances grounded. Voices of courage awakening. ⁣
⁣
In a time where human connection is being limited, it is needed more than ever to guide humanity’s benevolent future.⁣
⁣
It has always been this way, and it cannot be denied. ⁣

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫.⁣
⁣
And so I say…⁣
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶.⁣
⁣
I could not have put on this amazing program without the deep support & prayers of my all-star past clients, skilled co-facilitators, and the sacred land of the @imiloainstitute plus their world-class team.⁣

Got to stretch this rusty body at Sensual Splash 👅💦 it felt like a full force comeback with this festival 🥲 it was as if a huge part of my life has been pieced back together 🧩

Immense gratitude for @thebrandonodom
& @simply.skye__ for putting the Sensual Splash @bachata.addiction together with ZOUK being one of the main genre of dance. This was a big push for our local community to learn Zouk from outstanding instructors from other states!

Lately, most of our days are spent working out of the cutest cafe in Sedona - @magocafe.sedona . Not only is the space bright and inviting, but they serve local @drinkwildtonic kombucha on tap; offer amazing aura readings, card readings, healing sessions, and have an amazing assortment of crystals and books.

The manager, Jen, did a card reading for both Dana and I today, and it was everything we needed to hear. If you are visiting Sedona, make sure to stop by Mago Cafe for all of your Kombucha and energetic needs. ;)

I introduce to you all, my big sis! 💕

We don't look alike at all 😂

This being is a rock climbing badass, unique beauty, fierce leader, and a humorous Aries goddess ♈🐏

Making some BIG moves to raise global Consciousness in Texas doing transformative work. Doing serious work but always cracking jokes and enjoying laughter medicine for good balance. 😊

Grateful to spend time with this busy one (bc we are all workaholics 🙄)

Super grateful for my goddess sisters 👑

Seriously.. words cannot describe the amount of gratitude I have for you two.

Most sweet, sassy, aligned, loving humans who hold space in the most gentle, mindful, respectful, and beautiful way. We shared ourselves so authentically and openly.

Medicine space so powerful that it cracked open our hearts to shed love's light to illuminate the corners of our being we had carried shame or unworthiness in our most raw state. With love that could birth universes.

Every cell was activated in my body it felt like I was high.... the guardedness melted off of me and we levitated 🧘🏻‍♀️

We hiked🏞️, ate vegan pho 🍜, and created a vortex 🌀 through our heart portal that took us into another higher dimension and Consciousness. This was a wild first-hand experience where it proved that transformative healing could be done this way on a subconscious and spiritual level. We can hold space for each other in a space of non-judgment and unconditional love to do deep inner work.

It was incredible. My heart is SO OPEN today 💖 I am so happy and eternally grateful. 🥲

Thank you, I love you, Namaste. 🙏🤍✨
