SeedofSOUND at Pluto
Wednesday September 16th at 6:30-8:30PM

We’re giving away 10 tickets to the Unbounded community for our next SEEDofSOUND.

SEEDofSOUND is an immersive artistic wellness experience that’s a little hard to put into words because it’s really something to be experienced.

Each journey begins with a nervous system regulation practice, changing from session to session, before we drop deeper into the body through crystal singing bowls, sound and live vocal transmission from Lisa.

Some guests have described the experience as psychedelic, with no psychedelics involved.

A space to slow down, feel, listen and see where sound takes you.

We’d love to have you experience it for yourself. ✨

The ticket is free, but the event is now a charity event supporting Nepal flood relief. If you feel called to donate, you can do so through the link here: https://wygfoundation.org/helpnepal/

Forget the tourist checklist—these are the Toronto spots I’d actually recommend.

No tourist traps. No places that are only good on Instagram. Just a lineup of workouts, coffee, and brunch spots that actually deliver.

This is my ideal Toronto day—from breaking a sweat to rewarding myself with a great meal and an even better coffee.

Save this for your next host era, or send it to the friend who’s already booking their Toronto trip. ☕🥐

Most people are trying to lift their face…
without ever looking at what’s pulling it down.

Your posture, your breath, your chest, your neck —
all of it feeds directly into how your face sits.

This is why doing “facial massage” on its own only gets you so far.

The Fine Line is where we do it differently.

In collaboration with @sequinsto ,
we start with the body — opening the chest, releasing the neck,
restoring alignment through slow, controlled Pilates.

Then we move into myofascial release to soften deeper tension patterns
and support lymphatic flow.

And from there, into guided facial massage + skincare —
focused on real structural change:
lifting, sculpting, and supporting the face without force.

This is not a typical workshop.
It’s a method.

this is likely the missing piece.

Spring is really testing us this season.

Here's some pockets of joy: inbetween work, there are flowers dropped off on stoops, concerts, 'leftovers' on every surface at home, walks on the beach, dinners out dodging the rain, frantic calls to mom, overdue coffee dates with girlfriends, one very luxurious break between a flip, and lying in bed wondering if I'll ever see the sun again, teaching SO many people the art of flower arranging, emails, emails, emails, invoicing, van Tetris, COFFEE, a messy ass desk, hitting PRs at the gym, playdates with tiny humans, studio shopping, and signs from the universe. ✨💓💐🌸

✨ Fresh, clean, and ready to shine in Cabbagetown ✨

Had the pleasure of cleaning the awning and windows at Sequins Studio today on Parliament Street — such a beautiful space inside and out. Mackenzie (the owner) was incredibly welcoming, and it’s always a great feeling helping a local business look its best.

We took care of:
🪟 Exterior window cleaning (glass, frames & sills)
🧼 Awning cleaning (bringing back that crisp, clean look)

Now the studio is letting in tons of natural light — exactly the kind of vibe you want walking into a Pilates or barre class.

If you’re in Cabbagetown, Toronto (or anywhere in the GTA) and want your storefront or home looking this sharp, Skypole has you covered.
