There is something about being in nature that grounds and humbles you.

Deeply grateful for the journey, the people walking beside me, and the team I get to serve every day. The climb is worth it. 🤍

Happy Birthday to @serena.tom
I lived in NYC from 2012 until 2016 and I had the privilege to take some pretty incredible instruction from esteemed yoga teachers.

Among them was Serena. I must have taken her class daily, sometimes 2-3 a day for a good 3 years. The amount of growth and transformation both inner and on the surface cannot be measured.

Thank you! Namaste! Until next time #newyork #vinyasa #power #ashtanga #equinox

🌕 Guru Purnima 🌕 Today, we honour the sacred tradition of the Guru — the teacher, the guide, the one who lights the path.

In the yoga culture, Guru Purnima is a time to show gratitude to the teachers who have shaped our lives, not only in practice, but in spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to my closest teacher, Kino MacGregor @kinoyoga, for the unwavering support, wisdom, and inspiration you have offered me throughout the years. 🙏

Without your guidance, I would not have been able to build the beautiful community we have at Energie EnCorps @energie_encorps. Your example continues to remind me what it means to lead with integrity, passion, and love.

I am forever grateful to be your student and look forward to many more years of learning together.

With love and respect,

Rozel

So grateful for this time in Miami with my teachers, Kino and Tim. What an honour to assist them during Mysore week — an incredible experience surrounded by dedicated practitioners and yogis from all over the world.

I feel truly blessed to have had this opportunity to grow, learn, and bring all this knowledge back to share with my students at @energie_encorps. Even more special to share it all with my husband, Sebastien. 💛

For those of you interested in a taste of this experience, Tim will be in Montreal at my studio @energie_encorps from June 27–30. A small group, an intimate setting — it’s a rare opportunity you don’t want to miss. Link in bio for details.
