I started this little running shirt project during the last government shutdown, not because I had it all figured out, but because I needed something steady to focus on when chaos felt loud. What began as a simple idea—comfortable, reliable shirts for the miles ahead—grew with every run, every message, and every notch on the treadmill of learning.

I’m grateful for the early supporters who believed in this, even when the path was unsure. Your encouragement kept me going, and your feedback shaped what this has become. To every runner who laces up, hits the park, or clocks in those miles—thank you for being part of this journey.

I know there’s a lot more to learn and improve, and I’m rolling up my sleeves to get it right. From fabric choices to fit, from bold logos to subtle reminders to keep moving, I’m committed to delivering gear that feels as strong as you do on the run. I’m not stopping here—I’m excited to keep refining, listening, and growing with the community that inspired this.

If you’ve got ideas, preferences, or stories from your runs, I’d love to hear them. Here’s to more miles, more conversations, and more shared victories. Thank you for being part of this. Onward and onward.

I’ll appreciate a follow or any positive engagement.

Conoce a los coaches detrás de The Running Lab 🧪 👨🏼‍🔬👨🏽‍🔬

Dos coaches. Dos estilos. Un mismo laboratorio.

😎 Juan David: ritmo, fuerza, actitud y “estilo”.
📱 Sergio: ciencia, técnica, velocidad y la famosa “transición del helicóptero”.

Diferentes personalidades…
pero la misma fórmula para hacerte mejorar.

From training runs to race day. Proof that long runs and good company go a long way. So proud of @thesunnyhotel team for taking on @themiamimarathon and crossing that finish line together. Here’s to keeping the movement and the community going strong.

One of the biggest mistakes runners make?
Starting too fast.

The first miles feel easy.
The adrenaline is high.
Your watch looks great.

But the bill always comes due later.

Smart racing isn’t about proving anything at the start —
it’s about control, patience, and finishing strong.

Start calm.
Find your rhythm.
Build confidence.
Finish hungry.

You don’t win the race in the first miles…
but you can lose it there. 👨🏼‍🔬👨🏽‍🔬
