Photos from the Dun Hard Hat tour today! We had a blast! Designed by Green & Wicks as Buffalo’s first high rise in 1895! It is truly one of Buffalo’s most beautiful buildings. Thank you to Lindsay, Mike and Elliot from the @mcguiredevelopmentco for letting us in and giving us the tour of every floor! The views are spectacular and the redevelopment team really pushed for a thoughtful layout so each apartment will have good views.
This was a one off tour but we were invited back to see progress in 2027 so if you missed it, you may get another chance!

This space is so fantastic - the development team wants this to be a restaurant space.

I’m angry today. Hurt today. Outraged incensed and deeply infuriated
When will it stop? When will the lives of MY people matter to somebody besides the folks who look like us? I’m calling the privileged to stand up and be counted! #sayhisname #georgefloyd #blacklivesmatter #blackmenmatter #sayhisname
