I always love diving into a culinary adventure with my incredibly talented chef bestie Christian Paier @christian_euroluxe. This time an intimate and magical 7 course seafood feast for 8. Our collaborations always leave us speechless. The highlight? An aquarium centerpiece that brought the ocean to our table. 🌊🍴 I was thrilled to repurpose my birthday #octopus linens that were the inspo for this dinner🐙

On the menu:

Hors d’oeuvre
Lobster Beignet, Red Crab Powder, Crème Fraiche, topped with a Lobster Lace.

Salad
(served in frozen mini aquarium)
Dungeness Crab salad in light lemon aioli, Vanilla infused Champagne Vinaigrette mist applied table side by guests.

Appetizer
Tuna Noodles, Caviar, Avocado mouse, Yuzu Soy Ginger marinade. Red Radish.

Pallet Cleanser
Campari Strawberry sorbet with berry fog.

Entree
Wild Salmon in Seabass farce, savoy Cabbage and Brioche crust.
Beurre Blanc with Lobster pearls and Dill oil.

Dessert
Balsamic Cherry Sauce, Chocolate Pistachio base, Salted Caramel Ice Cream.

Finale
Treasure Chest Surprise. Box not to be opened until after dinner. Handmade truffles, each one with a different nut. Each guest had to figure out which nut they were served. Fun!

Some outtakes…📷
Another year, another unforgettable bday dinner shared with dear friends. This year I drew inspiration from a delicate alabaster and brass octopus dish I stumbled upon and created an under-the-sea tablescape that made for a beautiful night of laughter and memories on the coast in Malibu. . 💫 🐙🥂

This is Fawn & Fable, located inside the beautiful, award-winning Nemacolin luxury resort in Farmington, PA. @nemacolin

Elevating the dining experience, one beautifully designed napkin at a time. The attention to detail in every fold and pattern adds a touch of elegance to the restaurant’s ambiance. It’s amazing how something as simple as a napkin can transform the entire space.
