You can be surrounded by people all day and still feel like no one truly sees you.

Sometimes, what you need is someone you can say, “It’s been a hard week,” to — without having to explain everything.

Someone to laugh with, talk honestly with, and feel a little more like yourself around.

That’s the heart of our Urban Mom Retreat. Time to slow down, feel looked after, and meet other mums who are looking for that connection too.

We’ll share gentle yin yoga and sound healing, a nourishing plant-based lunch, and space for conversations beyond the everyday rush.

Come on your own — we’ll be there to welcome you. 🤍

A magical evening of movement, connection, and wellness ✨

Our WDXB fam was invited by @ourflow_studio to experience a beautiful rooftop yoga session at @sevaexperience — and of course, we were there to capture it all. 🌅

We also caught up with Greta, the founder, who shared more about their upcoming wellness retreat in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰🌿

Hear from Greta throughout the video and get a glimpse into an evening that brought community and wellness together. 🤍

PREEYA’S PICK: if I’m going to run it has to be fun. Run 5K, meet people, then get pizza. This is exactly my kind of wellness.

The word that came to me when I thought about October was EXPANSION ✨

Every week this month, I’ll be bringing a different lesson or reminder into my classes.

Our first lesson was SAT NAM — Truth is my identity.

For me, this is where expansion starts.

Remembering that we are infinite beings beyond all the labels, duties, achievements, failures and roles we carry every day. Because when we come back to that truth, I feel this is where we can create more space to ask, to receive and to expand.

Throughout the classes, we will explore the lessons not only as ideas, but through postures, embodiment, mantra and different ways of moving and experiencing the practice.

The intention by the end of this month is not just to talk about expansion, but to embody it.

There will be a different lesson and reminder each week, all leading us back to this theme of expansion.

So if you feel called to explore this with me, join me for my October classes at SEVA! 🤍

Booking link in my bio.

Leaving Dubai while living in Dubai 🤍

A hidden green bubble inside a villa in Jumeirah. You walk in and it feels like a glitch in time, right in the middle of the city. Secret, intimate, protected. A cocoon where the calm shows up everywhere: in the classes, in the gardens, even in the restaurant.

The classes are very spiritual, so you have to be into that. But it’s by far the closest thing to what I experienced in Bali. And the community is so lovely.

Because sometimes you don’t need a flight to reset. You just need to know where to go.

Save this for your next slow Saturday 🌿
