Kara shares ā€œExclusively breastfeeding twins is not only possible; it’s life changing! We had to work very hard to get baby A to this point. It took seven months, but now that they’re both EBF, there’s no more prepping formula or washing bottles or combo feeding. I refused to believe that my supply couldn’t increase after 12 weeks or that it wasn’t important to latch him before every feed, even when he wasn’t getting nutrition from me due to a heart condition. Because of our perseverance, now I can feed my babies anywhere, anytime, they’re getting the gold standard in nutrition, and we have an amazing bond.ā€

Frankie shares ā€œI will never regret fighting for my twins’ latches or the hours I’ve spent pumping. Giving them breastmilk has been such a gift and a way for me to feel a deep bond with two babies at once.ā€

Alex reflects ā€œOnce I found out I was pregnant with twins I was so nervous about what breastfeeding would look like. Learning comfy positions, what pillows you like, where you like to sit, how to do it on the go - it takes time and intentionality even as a seasoned mom who was still nursing my 1 year old, I still
