💯 I’ll stand by this till I die... Playing catch is the number one thing you can do to help them with ⚾️. Glove control, aim, arm strength, mental stability, connection, confidence, trust, all come from playing catch. Not to mention relationship building with priceless 1 on 1 time.

2025 was a year of a LOT of change (which I’m really bad at) and growth in the Severe household. 2025 gave us a lot of once in a lifetime adventures and experiences that I hope I never forget. This year I learned to let go of a lot of things, to embrace the season I’m in, and to go with my gut. I have a lot planned for 2026 and I’m excited you’re here for the ride! Cheers to 2026 🥂

I love the pause that Thanksgiving gives us before the hustle and bustle of Christmas begins, a moment to slow down and remember all we have to be grateful for. Thank you for making Salon K a part of your lives for the past 16 years, thank you for supporting my family and all the incredible women who are a part of my team. Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving ❤️

🇺🇸 Fireworks, freedom, and all the red, white & blue — the 4th of July has my whole heart! We went to the parade, ate good food, hung out by the pool, and watched fireworks. Swipe to the last photo to see where my love of holidays stems from.
