dear crossfit,

you were never easy. you were A LOT. so many movements. so much jargon. so many workouts that left me on the floor, breathless, wondering why i voluntarily signed up for this. 😂

i initially came in because i needed something to help me keep my sanity intact, and somehow, this thing i thought would just be a way to get through a heartbreak became something i stayed for. i stayed for the love of the community, the thrill of competing, and eventually, the methodology itself. in every season of my life, i somehow kept finding my way back to you.

to my coaches, @coachjasonm & @coachcilynm when i first came to you, i was a COMPLETE beginner. even a training bar felt heavy. 😭 gymnastics has always been my waterloo, and my burpees were only slightly better than my running. HAHAHAHA.

a few days before AOG, i was literally still trying to figure out how to rope climb but somehow, here we are.

i mean every word when i say i wouldn’t have made it here without you. we trained hard for this, one training day after another, one failed simulation after another. you pushed me when i needed pushing, adjusted when i needed grace, and believed in me even when i wasn’t sure if i could do it myself.

thank you for seeing something in me long before i could see it in myself. 🥹

to my barbellheimer girls @colleencabili & @aalimbukad you already know how grateful i am that i got to do this with you. thank you for saying yes and for showing up with me all the way to the WOD floor.

swipe for more ➡️➡️

but more than anything, thank you for the grit. for showing up even when training was hard, for fighting through every rep, and for never giving up on each other when things got ugly. we may not have been the strongest or fastest team on the floor, but we showed up ready to fight for every rep. and i’m so proud that i got to do that with you. ❤️

squat clean PR + front squats
i honestly wasn’t expecting to hit any PRs because i was competing with the flu, but hey… WE DID IT!!! 🥹😭❤

more AOG mems ♥️✨

snatch ladder in under 30 seconds? easy peasy hahahahahaha

and to my full send community!! grabe, you guys. you are one of the biggest reasons i keep coming back. he

You don’t need a big circle, Just a tight one. 💖🫶🏼

We only had 1 team for A0G,
But everyone showed up to cheer them on.

⚔️ RAIN OR SHINE, SPARTAN FINISH! 💪🔥
Big congratulations to JB Aguilar @seybinov for conquering the Spartan Race Super 10K Open last August 8 in Agoo, La Union! 🏃‍♂️

Despite the tough weather conditions, JB pushed through every obstacle and crossed the finish line strong. The weather tested the body, but the warrior spirit never quit. 🛡️🔥

Spartan conquered. Challenge accepted. 💯

From Sprint. To Super. To Beast.

This is what months of early mornings, endless training sessions, bruises, and perseverance have been building toward.

This Saturday, our OCR Warriors take on Spartan Beast—not just to finish, but to prove what consistency can achieve.

For many, one more finish line means one complete Spartan Trifecta.

Bring home the medal.

Bring home the story.

AROO! 🔥

From training grounds to race day—7 weeks to go.

This is where discipline meets purpose. Every drop of sweat is a step closer to that Spartan finish line.
