@sfyoungdems endorses NO ON PROP D!

The San Francisco Young Democrats lead the nation in progressive political values. They represent the issues of young people through activism, community engagement, and endorsements.

Change starts at the local level. Real, actionable, and meaningful change happens when we rise up and work together to advance our values.

Their goal is to empower young people in San Francisco by ensuring that our voices are heard and valued, partnering with local organizations and lawmakers to push our policy agenda, networking opportunities, and organizing trainings. They are the oldest chapter chartered with California Young Democrats, and their work shapes the future of California.

Thank you San Francisco Young Democrats for your endorsement and for being a part of this effort in protecting democracy here in SF!

🗳️California’s 2026 Ballot Propositions: Let’s Break Them Down!

Election Day is November 3, 2026, and California voters have several statewide propositions to consider! But what exactly do these measures propose, and what does voting YES or NO mean?

We’ve put together a voter education guide to help break down the propositions, explain what they would change, and outline what each vote means.

👉 Swipe through to explore California’s ballot propositions!

📅 IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
* October 5: Mail-in ballots begin going out.
* October 19: Online voter registration deadline.
* November 3: Election Day! Polls close at 8 PM.

📖 Want to learn more? Check out the California Secretary of State’s Official Voter Information Guide for additional information about the ballot measures:

💬 Have questions about any of the propositions? Drop them in the comments!

📌 Save this post for later and share it with someone who wants to learn more about what’s on the ballot!

This post is intended for voter education and does not endorse a YES or NO vote on any proposition.

The San Francisco Young Democrats agree: vote Yes on Prop C.

@sfyoungdems Co-President Andrea Gallardo joined me to share her perspective on why it’s important for to vote Yes on Prop C.

Prop C will increase the City’s investment in our Housing Trust Fund from $50M a year to $125M a year to construct, preserve, and acquire more permanently affordable apartments to be rented to San Franciscans.

Prop C will help today’s young people can stay, grow, and thrive in SF across generations.

Vote Yes on Prop C by Nov. 3rd!
