26 days into the annual respawnathon with over 100 hours still left on got me feeling like this

i havent had time to make a post thanking everyone who has supported, stopped by, or even just said hello during this huge event for me and im so thankful for all the friends ive made during this and all of the opportunities that this marathon has bought
i might not be the fastest runner at the marathon so thank you to everyone being understanding when ive had to take breaks or change ideas last minute due to health

i never imagined a world where people would be interested in hearing what a disabled girl from australia had to say
ive been doing this for under 2 years and were already spreading so much awareness about FND, Neurological conditions/disorders/disabilities and ive witnessed changes within the music scene to make it more accessible by amazing artists.
this is just the beginning and i cannot wait to see what the next year brings

i turned the worst event of my life into a career to spread awareness about workplace safety and how one simple mistake can change your life forever and i never in a million years thought i could change the worst thing that ever happened to me into the best thing because ive gotten to spread so much awareness, educate so many people and prove that disabled people belong anywhere and we will be in gaming and music spaces

sorry for the very long post tldr; dont let your darkest days ruin what potential light can come, chase your dreams and be the change you want to see in the world and stand ten toes down on that shi
drink your water listen to your body and manifest the life you want to live because 3 years ago i was learning how to walk and talk again and now i am working with people i never thought would know i existed and im lucky to call some of them friends

So we did the "you couldn't pay me" trend for gaming but I really liked the carousel of pictures used in that idea, so I though what about dinner in the same style?

Im a qualified chef, ive worked from Michelin star venues to food trucks in Queer spaces and now i stream on twitch. But I also like to cook for myself, my friends and my dog @crowleythestag

Whilst cooking streams are in the works. Taking pictutes and breakdowns i can do so easily.

If you havent met me before, hey, im Shads, ive streamed nearly 300 games on Twitch and recently I posted some of my favourites from Cyberpunk 2077, Clair Obscur Expedition 33 to some of my least favourites like Fortnite and Marvel Rivals.

I have a few accounts for different things, from dog spam, to my photography and gsming so I hope you like what you see on atleast one of them 😅

Ok, Avcon is well and truly over but what an amazing adventure it was. This was my first convention where I concentrated on taking pictures, candids, capturing moments between friends and so many talented performers on stage with @avconafterdark as well as the creators working with @twitch.adelaide through the Stream Cast Studio to raise funds for @curecancerau.

I didnt really get any pictures of myself but the talented @cos.v.play got this one of me just in my casual clothes, semi awake, semi alive. Thank you for capturing this memory for me!

After Avcon i realised i couldn't rely on my trusted 50mm 1.8f lens on the Sony A7 IV, With my nikon I have a few lens i can swap between but the Sony which im using more and more of, I only had the one. So id been keeping an eye on @teds_cameras second hand page and an amazing 70-200mm G OSS went up and I immediately grabbed it. Im so ready for the next event, the next convention and the next trip.

With Beyond Blue having a physical space at @paxaus there is no better time to get familiar with them and their often lifesaving services.

We will have more on their areas at PAX in another video coming soon but due to my own mental health struggles happening, im a bit behind on sharing.
