Fun run in the country today… little difficult to get going at the start for this weekend warrior but after about the first 2 or so miles I was able to relax and start enjoying the ride. Then it was 17 miles of pure bliss on my:

The @molokai2oahu conditions were some of the hardest we’ve ever seen. It started with no whitecaps. For SUP foiling, that meant an extreme battle just to get on foil, stay on course, and win the mental fight. Many incredibly talented athletes didn’t finish—and that says everything about how brutal the ocean was.
