✨ Elemental Community & Connection ✨ Join Liv & Ryan on Friday, November 6 at 6 PM for an evening of movement, connection, and community. 🤍 We’ll begin with a 90-minute yoga practice, starting with a flow before transitioning into a slower-paced practice led by Liv, accompanied by the sounds and vibrations of instruments played by Ryan. And when the practice ends, the connection continues! Stick around, enjoy a drink, share some conversation, and get to know the people practicing alongside you. One of our favourite things about Elemental is the community that’s growing within these walls. We wanted to create more opportunities to spend time together, connect, and get to know one another beyond our usual classes. Our hope is to make Community & Connection a regular offering, with different teachers taking turns leading a variety of practices, each bringing something a little different to the experience. Come for the yoga, stay for the connection. ✨ We can’t wait to spend the evening with you!

A little teacher appreciation post 🤍 We feel incredibly lucky to have such an amazing group of teachers at Elemental. To every person who shows up, shares their practice, teaches incredible classes, learns students’ names, creates connection, and helps people feel welcome in this space…thank you. You are such a huge part of what makes Elemental what it is. The energy, care, personality and heart that each of you brings into your classes is what makes this place feel so special, and we truly couldn’t do it without you. And a huge thank you to our incredible sub list - the teachers who step in, help us out, say yes when they can, and make it possible for us to keep showing up for this community. We appreciate you more than you know. Elemental may be a space, but it’s the people inside of it who make it what it is. We’re so grateful for every one of you. 🤍

The practice brings us together, but the people are what make a studio feel like home. A yoga studio is about so much more than movement. It’s about finding a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and connect with people who are cheering you on. That’s what we’re building at Elemental. A release valve for modern life, and a place where everyone belongs. If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga, we’d love to welcome you. Come see what this community is all about and experience it for yourself. 🤍

I swear we actually are having fun 😂 Elemental Focus is definitely challenging at times, but that’s kind of the point. We get to try things, fall out of things, laugh at ourselves, work hard, and learn something in the process. This class is less about getting everything “right” and more about exploring movement in a supportive environment with lots of options along the way. Come try it with us. 🤍 Thanks to a few of the Thursday morning Focus crew for helping with this reel. 🫶 @natasha_popove @angmturner @love_story_alchemy @shainayoga

. ✨️ SHAINA MCPARLON ✨️ I have been teaching yoga since 2024, with training and a passion to teach Hatha and Vinyasa. I took my 200 hour training with Alexandria Waycott in 2023, teaching almost immediately after. My classes provide an invitation to show up as you are, with a focus on creating a safe space. I give you the opportunity to play, make mistakes, and simply move with the breath. You can expect to be led through a thoughtfully crafted sequence, with an emphasis on safe transitions, and various modifications to meet you where you are at. Shaina brings a calm, supportive energy to the room that we know our community will love. Join her on Monday evenings and Friday mornings! Click the link in our bio to sign up for our Founding Membership. We open in one month and can’t wait to welcome you.
