HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my West Indian partner in crime, my Spees delivery service, the first person to laugh at me if Man United loses, my soca buddy, my food buddy, the one who translates my cussing about men in patois and just an overall great person. Every Jamaican needs a Trini to bother on a daily basis eh? Cheers to many more Shaka! @shakahislop 🎂🥂 #BirthdayBoy

Grande Giove. Molto più di un portiere! È nostalgia Shaka!

Another year has gone playing this lovely sport and sadly it will be the last year with a group of girls that have become a second family to me #BAHSJaguars. I will miss all the fun times we had during this past season and although we were disappointed with the outcome I will forever cherish those moments with you all. I mainly want to thank God for all of my success throughout my football journey that has passed and that is to come. Also I want to thank my family, friends and supporters that believed in me for this past season and for their love and continuous positive vybes. I also want to thank God for getting the opportunity to meet one of my role models, both in football and out of football Shaka Hislop whose footsteps I want to follow in and even exceed in my upcoming years. One thing he said that stuck with me was, " Sports and academics are always interlinked, when you do well in your sport, you will do well in your academics and when you do well in your academics, you perform well in your sport. " This will always impact me onwards because I want to succeed in both those aspects in my life. This experience in the SSFL is just another stepping stone for me and I am greatful for my new opportunity in studying and playing football abroad and plan to use it to become the best that I can be.
