IAFTC 2026 was one of the best conferences I’ve ever been. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to be amongst the best people of the world. Thanks to @aeawave for organizing this fantastic week. Thanks to @jennilynnfitness and @aquafiitkate you guys are my inspiration. Water speaks—and this week, I listened.

At the International Aquatic Fitness & Therapy Conference in Palm Harbor…

Over the last week, I’ve found myself speaking Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese—and of course English—with new friends from around the world… yet somehow, we all speak the same language of water.

Sunsets at four different beaches…
each one softening me in a new way, reminding me why I follow the water.

Learning 8 different modalities to utilize in aquatic therapy—
expanding my understanding of how water can support, strengthen, and heal the body in so many ways.

Becoming one with the breath and movement in Ai Chi…
slow, intentional, rhythmic… letting the water guide, soften, and carry me.

Exploring vibration, shaking, and the power of sound—
feeling it ripple through the body, amplified in the water, awakening something ancient and alive.

Yoga in the water that feels so smooth, so supported, so expansive—
like the body is finally moving the way it was always meant to.
I might never go back to land yoga.

Pilates in the deep end—
a quiet fire in the core, strength rising from within while the water holds and steadies every movement.

A dance party… a water dance moment…
moving freely, laughing, letting go—
the kind of joy, tears, and release that only water people truly understand.

And underneath it all… a deepening.
Into the wisdom of water.
Into presence.
Into being held by a community of like-minded, heart-centered, passionate water humans who feel this work as deeply as I do.

Tears. Laughter. Knowing.
The kind that lives in the body and doesn’t need words.

This path continues to unfold in the most beautiful ways—
and I’m now fully certified in Aquatic Therapy, Ai Chi, and Aqua Yoga.

So much gratitude to this global water tribe—
for the learning, the connection, and the shared devotion to water as medicine.

We are remembering.
We are returning.
We are flowing together.

At my big age, I say this all the time, always be able to survive on your own. One day you’re married, the next you’re not. People change!! Always always be ready to make it on your own. Depend on no one, have your own shyt or look like a damn clown in these streets 🤡🤡🤣🤣🤣🤣
