The start of our Prayer Retreat began at the @thebglibrary . Our entrance was through a giant glass window cross. Prophetically we discerned this was a divine escort and a wide open door symbolizing an entry point into our next.
.
The phrase wide open door, comes from 1 Corinthians 16:9, where Apostle Paul discerned the opportunity before him was a wide open door for effective work. The biblical definition of wide used in this scripture is mega. Mega has many definitions, one that stands out is “belonging to persons of ability, virtue, authority and power”. The door meaning, the opportunity.
.
That door swung wide open as we walked up and caught us by surprise. It wasn’t obvious to the eye that it was even a door, we didn’t even know what was ahead of us. (Keep your eye out for the unique doors God will open in the year ahead.)
.
When we entered into the building and ventured through the exhibits God showed us clearly that the life of Billy Graham, was the story He desired for all of His children. It was a life that shined a bright light on Jesus. His life exemplified the life of obedience and submission of a vessel who was willing to give God everything. The impact, the authority, the message, the glory was palpable.
.
Our time there began to beg many questions of us.
💎What can God do with our lives laid down for His? 💎This was not just a prayer retreat, but an opportunity for much more was being presented, would we take up the mantle to shift a generation for God’s glory?
.
Our time there marked us in such a special way. So grateful we were led here at the start of our trip.

For such a TIME as THIS, GOD had Asheville, NC on His heart. 🥹 Every cry in that city would be answered by sons and daughters coming to intercede and serve the Lord’s will for their revival and awakening. We started to see that God’s hand was completely upon this trip. The Spirit of God released a word through my sis @iamrachelstewart that made clear God’s heart for their revival, which we are so blessed to have planted seed into.
.
How sweet it is to be apart of the plans of God. It’s so easy to miss Him, but when you lean in and see His hand all you can do is thank Him for allowing you to have any role, or assignment in it.
.
To meet so many volunteers who just knew they needed to be apart of the solution, churches who were out and sending group after group to continue to be a hope was powerful to see. All I kept thinking was wow God look how you love this place🥹🙌🏾
.
Thank you Lord for planting that seed of LOVE for your city in our hearts and for treating us to such beautiful encounters with you, even in service. We did not serve because we were good, but because you are.
.

💎Psalms 22:27-28 “All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.”

Glorious Views were all around us during our Prayer Mission Retreat. The Lord made it clear that He was treating us through and through. We had eyes to see and ears to hear and because of this we got to experience the Lord’s kindness in beautiful ways.
.
.
Treat defined:
💎An event or item that is out of the ordinary and gives great pleasure synonyms- gift, surprise

💎Providing someone with (food, drink, entertainment) at one’s own expense synonyms- foot the bill, pay for, wine and dine

Do you recognize the moments when God is trying to treat you as His daughter in ways that are behind your expectations?

God gave me this scripture to share with the ladies going on @belovedjourneyco first prayer turned mission retreat trip. I didn’t quite understand, but I knew He would make it clear as we prepared.
.
God wants to make Himself BIG on the inside of us in a way that will truly bring the hope, healing and glory needed to shift and change the earth. Read 2 Corinthians 4, emphasis on verse 6-7.
.
Get ready to be used by Him in a new way this era. God make your light shine out of our hearts 🌞 💡
.
Are you ready for God to do a new thing on the inside of you?! #belovedjourney
