15 weeks of hard work and now just 2 DAYS OUTS from Shanai’s NPC Regional Qualifier in New Zealand 🇳🇿✨

The mission this prep was simple: be ready early, reverse into the show, and bring maximum fullness to showcase her crazy shape…and well..Mission accomplished. 🔒

Because of the groundwork laid, peak week has been smooth with only small tweaks no sudden shifts, just steady steps to continue enhancing her look.

This weekend is about Shanai presenting her absolute best and gathering feedback as we set our sights on National Titles in 4 weeks.

7 weeks out from show 1 of the season and Shanai is in an incredible spot!   With minimal fat loss to go from here it’s time to hit the brakes slightly on the fat burning process and get laser-focused on refining every detail to meet the bikini criteria.   This is our first time working together so it’s all about building a rock-solid process as a team.   We’re reversing into the show strategically, posing and checking in different lightings and optimizing training to bring out the fullest, most conditioned version of Shanai’s physique.   No flukes here, every move must be calculated to ensure we’re tried, tested and ready to go!
