@abby.oakland is one of the best humans you will ever meet! She went from OTF athlete to OTF Front Desk and has been a rock star to have in our Boise location!

Sad news… she’s off to college now. Where we know she will keep killing it and keep making other people’s lives better!

Good news… we need a new Front Desk for Boise! Please let us know if you know of any other great people out there that you think would be a great fit!

Thank you Abby!

For the last 13 years, you’ve seen what happens in the weightroom and on the turf.

The speed.
The strength.
The athletes.
The wins.

Only a few people know the behind the scenes.

The sleeping on the floors, the partnership split, almost getting kicked out of our first building, the 5 a.m. mornings, the late nights, the hard conversations, the risks, the failures, the moments I questioned everything, and the people who believed in this long before anyone else did.

This year, we’re putting it all together.

Two new locations.
OFFTHEFIELD Physical Therapy. So it can be done right with athletes.
The vision for what OFFTHEFIELD is going to become.

To be honest… I’m more excited than ever, but I’m also scared as shit… Way more on the line now.

Going to build something great. For the athletes. For the coaches. For the parents. For my family.

We’ve been building the foundation for a long time and now it’s time GO!

Over the next few months, I’m opening the doors.

The wins.
The setbacks.
The business.
The competition.
The leadership.
The family.
The decisions nobody sees.

No filters. No pretending it’s easy.

Just the real journey of building something I hope lasts long after I’m gone.

If you’ve ever chased a dream that felt bigger than you... I think you’ll enjoy what’s coming.

Let’s build.
