A milestone we’ve been waiting for. 🖤

Our very first Savile Noir product has officially arrived, and our pre-orders have now been shipped! 📦

To everyone who backed us from the beginning, thank you. The support has been incredible, with interest coming in from across Australia, Europe and the United States. 🌍

To see Savile Noir reach people around the world so early in the journey has meant a lot to us. Being featured by Cigar Journal on our very first day of launching made it even more special.

What started as an idea is now here, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has followed the journey, shared our name, sent us a message and supported what we are building.

This is only the beginning for Savile Noir. 🥂

Thank you for being part of the first chapter. 🖤

So honoured to have joined friends and fellow members of Business Networking Group (BNG), alongside WA business and community , for Foodbank WA’s inaugural Park for a Purpose on 10 September.
A group of us gave up our night, parked our cars and slept in them to raise funds and awareness of the food crisis affecting many West Australian families, helping fund a third Mobile Foodbank van so Foodbank can reach even more people experiencing hardship.

Thank you Ian Wee, the BNG team & Foodbank WA for inviting us to be part of something so meaningful.
The evening was about so much more than sleeping in our cars. It was about coming together with one common purpose, listening, learning, sharing lived experiences & reminding ourselves that none of us are immune to life’s unexpected turns.

Leadership & Innovation
We heard from Neville Smith, Ron Forlee, Brian Liau & Elena, sharing their insights on leadership & innovation.
Lived Experience
We heard powerful stories from Ian, Shane Wee, Chris & Bronwyn, Jonathan Marlow, along with insights from the Brain & Cognition Clinic.
We also heard from Matthew Dean from Subtle Tiny Homes & Kate O’Hara, CEO of Foodbank WA.
Thank you to everyone who generously shared their time, stories & expertise, and to our MC, Kerri Buurman GAICD, for guiding us through such a meaningful evening.
❤️ One of the greatest highlights was watching everyone support each other, especially watching our next generation get involved.
The Year 12 students from Carey Baptist College worked alongside the BNG team, Foodbank WA & volunteers throughout the evening.
After a night sleeping in our cars, we were up early for an Executive Neuro Gym session at 5am, organised by the BNG team.
Moving our bodies, waking up our minds & experiencing the connection between our brain, body & wellbeing was a powerful way to start the morning

The job is not done follow @foodbankwa and learn how you can support this amazing platform. Thank you to everyone that supported me out salon @ebonyandivoryhairbeauty and donated to my target and our targets.

A huge thank you @ianwee333 & @bng.1991 @arnya101 @mrsemmiller , food bank team & everyone for all did and do! #community

Congratulations @shanewee888 on the launch of @savilenoir! So incredibly proud of you my friend 👏🏽✨

SAVILE NOIR is here! 🖤

Born from a desire to solve a problem many cigar and cigarette lovers know all too well, Malaysian-born Australian Shane Wee set out to find a natural way to not simply mask, but help eliminate the lingering smell of cigar and cigarette smoke from clothing.
Savile Noir had its first official launch right here in Perth at Western Australia’s inaugural Festival of the Leaf such an exciting milestone and a wonderful achievement!
Congratulations, Shane, on bringing your vision to life. Wishing you every success as this incredible journey continues! 🖤✨
Read the beautiful article featuring Savile Noir and Shane in @cigarjournalmag.

Congratulations once again!

Business Networking Group Christmas in July was so much more than a celebration it was a reminder of what happens when people with hearts for humanity come together to make a difference.
Catching up with our Chair & MC Ian Wee, @ianwee333 & co-MC Neville Smith, and having a moment to pause and reflect standing alongside my mentors Ian and @shanewee888 both whom I admire deeply, I was reminded that true leadership is built on humility, service, and humanity.

The evening celebrated incredible BNG businesses, each sharing their story and one value that united us all: humanity. Over a beautiful meal by Christian & the team at @cafelucia_westperth , we were reminded that business is about connection, compassion, and giving back.

Two amazing charities benefited. PCaHELP raised nearly $2,000, while Park for a Purpose was launched to support Foodbank WA. Hearing CEO Arnya Tait share the vision for a new mobile food van was truly inspiring.

On 10 September, I’ll be sleeping in my car for Park for a Purpose to help raise funds for Foodbank WA. I hope you’ll join us—details @foodbankwa

Signing copies of Nothing Is Permanent reminded me why I wrote this book: life isn’t measured by what we accumulate, but by the lives we touch, the kindness we share, and the legacy we leave behind.
Thank you, Ian, and everyone who made the evening so meaningful. Together, we’re building stronger communities through purpose, generosity, and humanity. ❤️Thank Ian, Shane and everyone for leading by example!

Great seeing all the wonderful BNG and meet so many I haven’t met before! Kudos to all the sponsors to everyone who made the event so special . We enjoyed beautiful wines from @juniperwines Estate, the beautiful Kombucha by @hippiekombucha @reeboot.ai @subtletinyhomes

A beautiful lunch catch-up with two very special souls, my dear friends, @shanewee888 and his beautiful wife, Sandy.
Thank you, my friends, for the delicious lunch and wonderful conversation filled with lots of laughter.
Life has a beautiful way of bringing people back into each other’s lives at exactly the right time.
Back story: Many years ago, I had the privilege of doing hair for Sandy and their beautiful daughter. After years apart, our paths crossed again through the soft launch of my book on 3rd June. Shane came along to support, and he has been such an incredible supporter of my book ever since. I am truly grateful for his encouragement and belief in what we are creating. 🙏🏽

A special thank you to our dear friend @ianwee333 for supporting, sponsoring, and hosting my soft book launch. Without your generosity, this beautiful reconnection may never have happened.
Shane and Sandy, your kindness, generosity, and genuine hearts are truly a gift. Shane, thank you for your ongoing support and for believing in me.

My heart is full of gratitude for friendship, reconnection, and the reminder that when people come together with a shared purpose, beautiful things happen.
Thank you, friends, for being such a special part of my journey. Here’s to creating more inspiring moments and lasting memories.

Thank you to the Business Networking Group & @ianwee333 for supporting, sponsoring, & hosting such a remarkable soft launch for my book, Nothing Is Permanent.
Here is a glimpse of what happened at the launch on 3:06:26. I am still pitching myself with joy!

You can now purchase my book via! Www.JoanDellavalle.com.au ! Coming to other platforms soon!

Let me share with you what can happen when people believe in your purpose & wholeheartedly support your vision.
My first book launch was more than I could have ever imagined.

A special thank you to Ian Wee & the Business Networking Group, who gifted me one of the greatest opportunities of my journey so far by hosting, sponsoring, and championing this launch. Their belief in me, this book, and its message helped turn a dream into reality. Words are not enough to express my gratitude!

To have this event held at the prestigious Barbagallo Maserati made the occasion even more memorable. The generosity, encouragement, & support I received from everyone involved is something I will never forget.

As a self-published author, receiving such incredible support from friends, local businesses, community leaders, and people who genuinely believe in the power of stories was deeply moving.

What began as a collection of life lessons, challenges, courage, resilience, and growth has now become a conversation reaching far beyond me. Seeing people connect with the message of Nothing Is Permanent & selling more books than we had imagined was both overwhelming & inspiring.

The evening reminded me that extraordinary things happen when people come together to uplift, encourage, and champion one another.
To everyone who attended, purchased a book, shared words of encouragement, and supported this journey both publicly and behind the scenes thank you. Your belief, kindness, and support have meant more than words can express.

My heart is full of gratitude, and this is only the beginning. More to share!
