🎤 STOP SPINNING, START WINNING 🧭

Earlier this year, I took the stage at the A to B Conference—Connecticut’s top personal development event—with one mission: help driven entrepreneurs and solopreneurs finally break through the stall and start building real momentum.

I’m Rob Tracz—performance coach, speaker, and creator of the Prime Performance Process.

I work with high achievers who are stuck in cycles of burnout, confusion, or chaos and help them get aligned, energized, and optimized so they can look good, feel good, and do great things.

In this talk, I shared the exact strategies I use with clients to stop chasing shiny objects and start making consistent, confident progress.

If you’ve been grinding with little to show for it, this is for you.

📩 DM me “PRIME” or hit the link in bio to book a Prime Strategy Session—I’ll help you map out your next move, cut the noise, and get unstuck.

POV: day in the life of a traveling sports chiropractor

I remember sitting in a clinic watching the clock,
fluorescent lights buzzing, same four walls, day after day.

3 years straight.

I felt time slipping by, and I knew I couldn’t do it anymore.

I needed movement, connection, sunlight, and purpose.

So I made a decision:
I’d never be stuck in a clinic all day again.

I wanted to move. Connect. Be outside. Stay dynamic.

This is what that looks like👇

Downtown Orlando to start the day with quick check-ins.

Ormond Beach for a cut and to work on my barber💈

Stopped in Daytona just to reset.

Hustle needs balance.

Back to Orlando for a dockside session with a pro wakeboarder 🏄‍♂️

Gym session with a pro hooper 🏀

Wrapped the night treating an Olympian and close friend 🏃‍♀️

No walls. No limits.

Just elite performance on the move.

And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Thanks for the incredible photos @babsphotographyllc 📸

Btw the first photo is of a bunch of the scholarship tickets for students from University of Bridgeport and Housatonic CC!

Thank you to all that donated tickets to the students over the years, these future leaders of America are not only inspiring to be around but have helped us understand that our future is in good hands 🙌

@shania.jay blew us away with this impromptu story at the Miami Speaker Mastermind 🎙️

Imposter syndrome is what many of us feel while working towards something great, we enjoyed hearing this perspective on it!

I keep going back and looking back at this picture, so I figured I’d share why…

At surface level, sure, this is just a mirror pic of a group of what seem to be coworkers. But when you look deeper, this is more than just a group picture of people who lived and worked together for 10 days. This is different (inside joke… 💀)… this photo basically sums our dynamic up. You know what they say, right? A picture’s worth a thousand words…

The picture was taken at 10:02 for starters; we always seemed to be fashionably late (for literally everything, including our 10am checkout (lol)).

We’ll start off with mine and Shania’s matching bed head… typical 😭
Shania, always posed and ready regardless.
Me, walking around shirtless… basically the whole time 🤣
Sam, already dressed, hair perfectly done, and ready for the day with a positive go-getter attitude.
Crabbe, probably just getting done cracking a joke or dancing in the living room or on one of the bar stools.
Vinny, well… the sunglasses inside say it all 😎
May, always photo-ready, and always pushing us to take pics or videos to document our memories on this journey together.
And last but certainly not least, Nick and Carlos. Both beautiful individuals. But also incredible leaders, always leading by example and helping us succeed by pushing us, building us up, and giving us every tool at their disposal to help us succeed.

I love each and every one of you and can’t begin to express how beyond blessed I am to have had the opportunity to grow with all of you in every aspect of my life. Everything is truly part of God’s plan in one way or another, and I couldn’t be more incredibly grateful for the growth I experienced in that short time. I appreciate y’all for being there for me, and I appreciate y’all for just being real, good, genuine human beings. I don’t know about y’all, but I made more than friends this last trip; I made family ❤️

So often we humble ourselves and shy away from the incredible accomplishments we’ve achieved in life…

In this drill we have our speakers express 3 reasons why someone should hire them, as they share accomplishments they’ve worked hard to achieve!

S/o to @youngexekutive for teaching us this speaking drill 🎙️

Another speaker school in the books!

An amazing weekend where I was pushed to finally write my full speech for my next Keynote opportunity A to B con.

It’s crazy how far you can get in 2 days when you’re pushed.

Being in a room of like minded people who are committed to becoming better public speakers gets me so motivated.

Public Speaking is the #1 fear amongst humans!

Cheers to a weekend of pushing past fear and self doubt and preparing to do big things in 2025 😤🥰
