🥹💙 GOODBYE MR COOPER! 💙🥹

Today we have to say a very emotional goodbye to our resident Vizsla, Mr Cooper! 🐾😭

Cooper is quite possibly the most snuggly, attentive boy you could ever meet. If you’ve ever been on a walk with him, you’ll know exactly what we mean when we say he was LITERALLY attached to you! 😂❤️ Whether he was walking right by your side, leaning into you for cuddles or making sure he knew exactly where you were, Cooper was always there!

He’s been such a special part of The Dog Club family, and we’re going to miss his gorgeous face, his cuddles and his constant companionship SOOOOO much! 🥹🐶

But whilst we’re all going to be absolutely gutted to see him go, we couldn’t be happier for him because Cooper is off to live his BEST LIFE in his new home near the seaside! 🌊🏖️🐾

Just imagine him now… beaches, sea air, sandy paws and adventures every single day! 😍

We know he’s going to absolutely LOVE it, and his new family are incredibly lucky to have him. ❤️

Thank you for being such a wonderful boy, Cooper. You’ll always be part of The Dog Club family, and you’ll be SOOOOO missed! 🥹🐾💙

6 days ago I completed my first ever HYROX🏋️

Today, I completed my first ever 15K🏃

All whilst running a business, being a husband, a father, and trying to become the best version of myself every day.

A huge thank you to the @locco.365 community for showing up, supporting one another and creating an environment where people can push themselves beyond what they thought was possible.

A special thank you to my PTs, @hmb__fitness @elliebirdfitness , who helped get me race-ready with less than 6 days to prepare after HYROX. Your guidance, support and belief made a huge difference.

This journey has never been about showing off.
It’s about chasing goals you once thought were out of reach.
It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, testing your limits and realising you’re capable of far more than you give yourself credit for.

I share the wins, the setbacks and everything in between because if one person sees this and decides to start their fitness journey, sign up for that event, tackle that challenge or simply believe in themselves a little more, then it’s all worth it.

25, a time was had… 🤍✨

A year of connection - love, loss, lessons, and learning so much more about myself.

This year pushed me to advocate for myself, trust my instincts, and grow in ways I didn’t always expect. It wasn’t always easy, but every challenge taught me something I needed.

One of the biggest moments for me this past year was receiving my ADHD & Autism diagnosis. What once felt confusing about myself suddenly made sense, and it brought a lot of relief and self-understanding. I’m learning to give myself more grace and embrace the way my mind works.

I’m so grateful for the beautiful moments too - travelling to Jamaica, Barcelona and Portugal, being part of a BBC documentary about modern dating, appearing on @bbuk late & live, and even seeing myself featured in a magazine and even meeting and connecting with one of my favourite DJ duos, @altego_music . Moments younger me always dreamed about.

And honestly… my younger self always knew this life was possible. I’m just grateful I’m continuing to make her proud.

But more than anything, this year reminded me how important people in my life are. The friendships, family, laughter, late nights, deep conversations, and the connections that shaped me along the way.

A special thank you to the amazing people who gave me opportunities this year - the Big Brother casting team, @perazimmagazine, and the @getevntful team for bringing me into the BBC documentary. I’m so grateful to have been part of these experiences.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my 25th year. And thank you to myself for continuing to show up, learn, grow, and keep believing in the life I’m building.

Goodbye 25… you taught me a lot
