So cool to have collectively raised $710 for Heba’s family - three generations - starting from scratch in Cairo after suffering such incredible horror and ongoing loss.

We wanted to pass on key messages we received during our two week pilgrimage in the South of France, specifically from being in conversation with the Divine through her faces as Mary Magdalene and the Black Madonna.

1. “It’s time to grow beyond the self.”
2. “We have everything we need inside of us”
3. “Release the disrespect we have toward ourselves.”
4. “Quiet the mind; open the heart; and hold the prayer.”

Our sweet Tilda is ❤️home❤️ after spending a few harrowing days at the emergency vet clinic. She is not out of the woods yet; we have no idea how many days we have left with her.

But this has always been true, of course.

Whatever is ahead of us, we are ALL IN. That she is resting peacefully, eating with relative gusto, and still showing signs of her special sparkle is proof of prayers answered. We are grateful beyond words for every single moment we’ve had with her and every single moment we are experiencing right now. And we are grateful for YOU. I have been telling Tilda over and over again how much love is surrounding her. I will keep on telling her, right up until the end. Whenever that may be. 🙏🏻

Thank you, Shannon Jackson Arnold for the precious bottles of Magdalenes Feast and Provencal Lavender elixirs, made from the flowers from the South of France. They arrived today, the day after the storm blew through Durham, clearing all the stale air away so that autumn can arrive with a clean slate. Prayers to all who have suffered through Hurricane Florence. May Magdalene's mercy bring you safety and comfort. I thank you Mary and Magdalen for protecting us. Love to all my sister's on the journey.
