I love retreats! Community is everything to me and going on retreats creates these special little communities to grow and expand through experience. Deeper connections by encouraging vulnerability and courage.

Happy birthday my Egyptian queen, Ishay!

On this sacred day of your precious human birth, the world was graced with a miracle. You chose to return, like a good little bodhisattva, and in so doing you charted a course to find me once again. It is my great honor to spend this timeless window in time celebrating you.

To know you is to love you. To kiss you is to taste divine nectar. To dance with you in all the ways feels like a dream I dreamed one afternoon long ago.

You inspire me in ways beyond comprehension. From the way you love first and ask questions later, to the way you listen and reflect the truth of what I need to hear. You have this elegant way of illuminating clarity inside the clouds of my confusion, helping me remember who I AM in the midst of my forgetfulness, and making me laugh at the absurdity of it all.

For this, among so many things, I am forever grateful to call you my wife...and the mother of my child!!! WOWOWOW, we’re about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. I feel beyond blessed to walk this path of parenthood by your side, to build a family on the solid foundation of deep integration, and to guide this beautiful child alongside your boundless wisdom and infinite heart.

I wish for this new cycle around the Sun to shine ever brighter light on the brilliance you channel, the love you embody, and the bodhichitta you incarnated to realize. I am forever in support of this and every aim you hold dear.

Divine intervention truly. In the midst of a lot going on in my life, @shaynahiller posted a story about her Egypt retreat where she mentioned the Hathor Temple she was going to for the first time. I got the “loud speaker” call from within that said “you must go”. I didn’t know much about the ancient wisdom of Egypt. But I could not ignore the call. The pathway became clear and I went to Egypt. A 9 day yoga retreat (for me!) that completely changed my life.

This was the last temple we went to but it was the one that connected, confirmed and profoundly anchored all that was revealed to me on this life changing trip.

I was given divine messages and deep understanding of the TRUTH✨✨✨

Thank you @shaynahiller for your friendship and love. But most of all, thank you for your trust as we both channeled the energy of Hathor to be in this moment, you with a baby in your womb and it all making sense for you and me and beyond. A miraculous unforgettable moment.

What a beautiful weekend in the Berkshires at Kripalu for the Return to Self Women’s Retreat 🌿 Auspiciously, as the season turned to autumn under a full moon, it was a powerful time to gather on this nourishing land. Grateful to @shaynahiller for sharing your wisdom and for inviting me to co-lead and sing songs from the heart✨So happy @chaska_potter could join us spontaneously, I love harmonising and playing music with you ✨ Deep bow to @kripalucenter and the whole team for such a healing few days, and to everyone who showed up, shared openly and supported one another.
