The glow up is bigger than what you see in the mirror. ✨

It’s about how you think, believe, move, nourish, rest + show up.

Introducing the pillars of the 21-Day Glow Up Bootcamp:

• Faith
• Mindset
• Movement
• Nourishment
• Self-Care
• Consistency
• Community

For 21 days, we’re creating intentional rhythms, building better habits, and making space for the woman we’re becoming.

No perfection.
No quick fixes.

Okay, Glow Sisters… it’s time to tell you what we’re about to do. 🤍

The first experience inside The Glow Circle is officially taking shape:

THE 21-DAY GLOW UP BOOTCAMP

Starting September 21.

For 21 days, we’re choosing to be intentional about how we show up — in our faith, wellness, mindset, movement, and daily habits.

Not perfection.
Not punishment.
Not trying to become someone else.

Just 21 days of choosing growth, consistency, and alignment.

And the best part?

You won’t be doing it alone.

Because that’s what The Glow Circle is about.

Glow Together. Grow Together. Radiate Together.

If you’re ready to grow with us, comment:

“GLOW SISTER” 🤍

I’ll make sure you’re on the list for first access.

You don’t have to do it all. 🤍

Sometimes the next level isn’t found in doing more.
It’s found in surrendering more.

The plans.
The pressure.
The timeline.
The need to have everything figured out.

God never asked us to carry what He asked us to surrender.

So today, take a breath. Pray. Release it. Trust Him with the parts you can’t control.

Rest. Trust. Keep becoming.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

A little reminder for the woman who is becoming: you are allowed to slow down and still be growing.

And you don’t have to grow alone.
Glow Together. Grow Together. Radiate Together.

I didn’t create The Glow Circle because women need another fitness challenge.

I created it because we need community.

A space where we can work on our mind, body + spirit without feeling like we have to figure it all out alone.

Where we can pray together, move together, build healthier habits, hold each other accountable, celebrate the small wins, and keep going when life gets hard.

Because becoming the woman God called you to be isn’t about perfection.

It’s about becoming—one choice, one habit, one day at a time.

And now, we’re doing it together.

Introducing the first experience inside The Glow Circle:

THE 21-DAY GLOW UP BOOTCAMP

September 21

21 days of faith, movement, healthier habits, reflection + accountability.

The Glow Circle is the community.
The Bootcamp is where we begin.

If you’ve been feeling that pull to get back into alignment before the year ends, consider this your invitation.

Comment “GLOW SISTER” and I’ll add you to the waitlist. 🤍

The Glow Circle is here. 🤍🌿

Not another challenge.
Not another “new month, new me.”
Not another space where you feel like you have to figure it all out alone.

The Glow Circle is a faith + wellness community for women becoming better—together.

A space to strengthen your mind, body + spirit.
To build healthier habits.
To deepen your relationship with God.
To find accountability.
To celebrate your wins.
To have women in your corner who are becoming too.

Because becoming her doesn’t have to be lonely.

The Glow Circle officially begins September 21.

Want a seat in the circle?

Learning to build the life I prayed for without being so busy building it that I forget to actually live it.

A little life lately…

• Moms of 2036 breakfast
• Luncheon
• Putting furniture together at home
• Tailgate at baby girl’s school
• Church BBQ to end the night

• Breakfast together
• Mommy + daughter day
• Trampoline park
• Swimming
• Movies + winding down at home

This weekend reminded me that the life I’m building isn’t just about the goals, the business, the work, or what’s next.

It’s also about being present for the moments happening right now. 💖
