Unfiltered Nationals dump 🫶🏽🤼‍♀️ — featuring some sweet moments and sweet reunions

Thank you Jesus for the opportunity to be on this ride. Coaching and cornering these ladies is such a privilege. This past weekend was a roller coaster of emotions— had some mountain top moments and then found ourselves in the valley as well. Nevertheless, I am proud to be part of this team and am excited to keep growing with them! Only 6 ladies battled on behalf of our team, but it took everyone to get there. I have so much love for my athletes, our coaching staff and our super athletic trainer.

Here’s to the completion of season 3 as a program and season 1 for me!✅
