2026 sees the 30th Anniversary of the construction of Brighton Baseball Club’s Pavilion Field.
It was built by the club in conjunction with The Foundation for Sport & The Arts, Brighton & Hove City Council and local Contractors, back in 1996.

The facility was essentially the precursor to Farnham Park and few people that played here during the first ten years of its existence or attended National Finals as a spectator over that period, would disagree that it was by far the UK’s best facility, bar none.

With its extensive year round maintenance programme provided by the local authority that included a dedicated grounds staff on site, the overall playing surface (the infield was affectionately known as “the billiard table”)was always meticulously prepared and presented in first class condition ahead of every game or event.

As part of the ongoing development of the facility, the club had also secured planning permission for extensive spectator seating and outline planning for floodlights.
Beyond the banking behind the junior baseball diamonds at the northern end of the plateau was a further extensive area that was also being considered for the construction of an additional full size baseball field.
Regrettably, today the field stands as a shadow of its former glory.

Who knows where things may have been, 30years on, had the game continued driving forward at pace in the U.K.

The Spartans travelled to Sheffield Kodiaks yesterday for a friendly double-header. Thanks to the Kodiaks for hosting!

The Spartans took the two wins in 2 hard fought games and now look ahead to Summer Cup and post season appearance

Funnily enough Sheffield is about as far as our post-season fundraiser has got us to, on the road to Plymouth! Still a fair way to go!

A huge thank you to all who have donated so far ❤️ any like, share, donation is massively appreciated 🙏

📈 HALFWAY THROUGH THE SEASON 📈

As we reach the halfway point of the 2026 NBL season, the Liverpool Trojans sit 2nd in the league after a strong first half of the campaign.

It's incredibly tight at the top, with just one game separating us from Manchester in 3rd, meaning every game from here on out will be crucial.

We've had some fantastic performances, battled through tough contests, and there's still plenty left to play for. A huge thank you to everyone who's supported us so far this season – whether you've travelled to away games, cheered us on at Norman Wells Baseball Field, or followed our journey online.

The second half of the season starts now, and we're ready for the challenge.

💚💛 Keep backing the Trojans as we push for the top!
