Where'd all the time go? Our baby graduated from VPK this week!
Congratulations to our sweet and fearless son! We can't wait to see all of the amazing things you will do and all of the places you will go. The sky isn't the limit for you, it's just a starting point. Soar high! We are so proud of you!

To the moms of Kid PWR Run Club & Growth Lab Athletics —
The ones tying shoes in the parking lot, rushing from work to practice, figuring out dinner in between activities, cheering from the sidelines, running beside tired little legs, giving hugs at the finish line, and somehow still showing up with love and patience every single week…

You are the heartbeat behind these kids.

They may remember the medals, races, and camps —
but what will shape them most is that you were there.

Clapping. Encouraging. Believing in them. Running, doing pushups and squats beside them through all of it.

And to all the moms out there — whether you’re sitting at the baseball field, dance studio, soccer sidelines, gymnastics gym, school pickup line, or race finish line — thank you. 🙏
The driving, packing snacks, juggling schedules, calming nerves, celebrating wins, and carrying the mental load behind the scenes never goes unnoticed.

You are building memories, confidence, resilience, and love in ways your kids will remember forever.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our incredible moms. 💛🏃‍♀️✨

2026 Believe & Achieve 5K 🏃‍♂️

Not every mile was easy.
Kalani hit a wall at mile 2… but quitting wasn’t an option. He kept going.

Ellis pushed hard, led the way and finished strong.

They both crossed that finish line — stronger than when they started.

Ellis🥈Place - 37:09, 11:45 pace, 7yo
Kalani🥉Place - 37:53, 12:00 pace, 5yo
Male 9 & Under

But more than the medals…
this was about showing up, pushing through, finishing what they started and believing they can do hard things.

Medals are earned. Never given. 💪
Proud is an understatement. 💙
Believe. Achieve. Repeat. 🫶🏽

It started as a normal run…
Then the rain came hard 🌧️

And instead of stopping…
THEY KEPT GOING 💥

No complaints.
No quitting.
Just smiles, rain, and resilience.

This is what we’re building.

🏃🏽‍♂️ Kids Spartan Race
📍Boca Raton, FL
📆 March 29, 2026
☔️ Weather Raining & Muddy 🌧️
What a race! We didn’t expect the weather to turn like it did but the kids had an absolute blast running in the rain & kicking up mud. Couldn’t be more proud of these kids. Until next time @spartankidsrace!
•
We hope they’ll lengthen the kids course to at least 2km for kids ages 5-9yo because the 1.5km is WAYYYYYY TOOO EASY for these run club kids!!!!! 🤞🏽
