Feeling very grateful today for not just the “big” moments- but the small moments in my day to day too.
I feel so blessed with my relationship, my friendships that continue to grow, the opportunity to be a leader and guide others toward their goals, and the ability to challenge my own mindset and continue to work toward a version of myself I’m proud of each day.

The best place for truth health, in my opinion, is in the middle, and that’s exactly what I’ve fought so hard to achieve and want to teach all of you! 🖤

July - WTF was that 😵‍💫

Between an insane Mercury Retrograde, storm damage at my apartment, basically moving in with a close friend… this month was B A N A N A S.

This Fourth of July, I barely touched my phone. ❤️🤍💙

The past few months have given me a lot of clarity.

I’ve always had a deep drive to build. To chase big goals. To create something meaningful. But over the past few years, I got so wrapped up in what I was building that I didn’t even realize I had stopped allowing myself to fully enjoy my life.

After losing something I had poured years into earlier this year, I was forced to slow down. And somewhere in that process, I found myself again.

I’m still just as ambitious. I still have big dreams. But now I’m learning that building a beautiful life isn’t just about what you create…it’s about HOW it’s created & being present enough to actually experience it.

Because literally what’s the point of building the life you’ve always wanted if you never stop long enough to enjoy it?
